Awful Awful Company
have contacted you several times and no response! I ordered from you back on December for £67.75. The order included xmas gifts. Nothing has ever arrived. I am extremely disappointed with your company and have to now start the process of recovering my money.
You have not even got the decency to respond to my emails. What a truly awful company you are

Same here,, I have emailed countless times.. keep filling in the contact me form and no response.. none of the phone numbers are valid.. absolutely disgusting.. I have now sent a letter of complaint.. might be worth contacting citizens advice to see if we can take this further
Terrible Service!
Ordered 4 January, 3-5 day delivery scheduled, no item after a week, chased up as heard nothing, told it was delayed and would be another week, still nothing, requested a refund, told refund was implemented 18th Jan, 3 days later no refund, told there was a problem with my refund! I have had some terrible service recently, but this is by far the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with! Avoid at all costs! No customer service skills and obtuse staff who don’t care!
Sent For 2 Bedsheets
Sent for above which arrived but were poorly described on website and not what I wanted. Told to return at my own expense which I did promptly by a reputable courier. After nearly 2 months, when there was no sign of refund, was told they could not find my return package. Asked them to search again whereupon it miraculously appeared and they were forced to refund me. Would not recommend this company but its staff were prompt and polite via email. Agree with other reviews of poor efficiency.
Very Slow Delivery Then Received Wrong Order
Very slow delivery.. waited 11days for it to come even though website states 3-5 days
When received...was incorrect. The shipping note stated the cushions I ordered but what I received was a completely different colour. When contacted the email address to advise they stated that I would have to print a label (don't have a printer) and they would collect the item from me...however they will not process the refund until received and this can be up to 14 days!!
Terrible customer service...nothing offered to compensate the hassle involved. Avoid altogether
Shocking Company
Shocking company still no goods after 2 weeks of waiting. Endless emails phone calls that tell you something different every time. Very rude unhelpful staff who put the phone down on you in mid conversation.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE WAITING FOR THINGS THAT NEVER ARRIVE. LIKE LOSING MONEY AS NO REFUND GIVEN.STAY AWAY GO ELSEWHERE

I would recommend anyone to use this company ignore the bad reviews.
I will be using them again the bedding elsewhere would have cost me at least twice as much
Lost My Return Item And Didn’t Give My Money Back
Linens limited is the worst company to shop at. I ordered some cushion covers and I receive totally diffferent colour. I returned my item to them with tracking delivery system. It says delivered in the status but they are claiming that they didn’t receive the item. I send them email several times but they keep on asking me “did you put order number?”. Yes I returned the items in the original packaging with all item number and all the details. They took my money for the items, took the items and also my delivery charge. What should I call them?
Poor Customer Service
After placing my order online 17th November 2019 I received tracking information for Hermes. Hermes showed my order had been delivered (but not to me) the tracking showed a signature i did not recognise. I rang linenslimited who asked my to leave it a further 48 hours whilst they contacted Hermes. I had to call them again to chase my order, they said there had been a mix up and Hermes had delivered it back to Linenslimited the order would have to be reproceessed and despatched again. After 3 days, i had not had an e mail or any further information about my order, i called again. They now say it is due to go to the carriers but cannot say how long it will take before a receive my delivery, it is now 5th December so it will be almost three weeks from placing the order and still no goods. Unable to review the quality of the product yet,
No Customer Perspective Of A Problem Order That They Caused
Ordered 2 bed sheets and a valence cover all in Claret. When the order arrived the valence cover was Burgundy on packaging and clearly a different colour tone. Contacted customer service by mail to say the items were wrong, they asked for I was then asked for the product number above the barcode. Their reply 'I am very sorry that the bar-code you have provided is not bringing anything up on our system'. 'Can you kindly provide me with an image of the item so we can look into this further'. I sent a photo!! I was starting to feel frustrated at this point! As it was their companies error I asked for a prepaid label to be sent for the return. Their reply contained, 'I have spoken to our product team in relation to the items you have received and they have advised that the item you have received is correct'. The colour of the item is the same as Claret and the item is as described.To prove my point I took a photo of the items and the different colour, asking that it is escalated to a manager.I then received a mail, 'apologising that I have received an order in this manner and that a collection date for goods for me could be made by a delivery Co Item collect from me on the 24th Sept 2019. On 10th Oct contacted to see where refund was sent reply 'Returns from a collection can take up to a 14 working days and as your order was collected on the 26th we need to allow a little longer'. I then checked on delivery Co tracking collected on 24th and the item had arrived back to them. They said "they can't locate the item!! and I have to wait further" . I have rung them this morning and instead that my refund is applied to paypal today, my next thought is to contact Trading Standards.. The problems all due to them yet I am still waiting!!!!! AVOID THEM!!!
Shocking Customer Service And Delivery
Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered sheets and paid for next day delivery because I needed them urgently. They arrived 8 days later.
I know it’s the courier’s fault but LL made no attempt to compensate for them being so late. Even suggested sending them back at my own expense.
I never complain... but the way they handled it was a joke. Didn’t care about their customer whatsoever.
