Palm You Off To The Supplier
Do not buy from these people. They are basically a purchasing company who buy on your behalf (and take a margin) then leave you to deal directly with the supplier. They seem to have no clout with the supplier so you are just left at their mercy.
After ordering we got given a number for the delivery to deal with directly (no help) and then waited nearly two months dealing multiple times with the delivery company.
When the product was broken, they did arrange a replacement part but refused to take away the very heavy broken part telling us to phone the supplier.
When you order from a company you pay the retail premium so that you buy from one place. This company thinks it can take your money and leave you to deal direct with the supplier and the delivery company.
Misleading Website
I placed an order for an item shown in stock, it was accepted and payment taken. Then it was canceled and a refund followed.
They then chased me several times for a review which I eventually provided to stop the spam. This was several weeks ago and my review has not appeared on their website. I can only assume they only accept positive reviews at their site.

No Delivery Date Sent
I ordered a BBQ and was sent a confirmation e-mail then nothing, until I came home to find it had been delivered. Luckily my mother happened to have popped round & she signed for it.
She didn't know if I wanted the pallet it came on so the driver took it away. I would have kept it, useful things pallets for making compost bins.
It was delivered within the allocated time and I am very happy so far with the product.

Ordered a Weber BBQ one evening, then realised I should have bought the rain cover too noting that most companies charge for delivery of such a small item. I emailed the following morning and telephoned 2 hours later and the helpful staff member advised they had already added the cover and emailed me confirmation which they had. For any company to reply that quickly to an email is impressive to say the least!
No negatives, simple and easy with great customer service and very competitive prices, one to use again!

Terrible Experience
Unable to comment as the item was delivered. Keen Gardeners don’t seem to be fussed they City Link are saying the left it in my garden then said I signed for the item and forged my signature. I would recommend this company. Really poor customer service.

Great Service!
Really impressed with this company. Ordered a barbecue which came out on time but the cover was on a backorder and living in Wales I needed it ASAP - it rains a lot here!!! They rooted around and found a cover which they then posted the same day. Hurrah! A company which not only listens but actually responds to your requests.
They always picked up the phone too and were mega polite- even when I moaned a little. I will definitely buy from here again.

Easy to install,and great to use,saves a lot of time not having to rewind the hose it is done in minutes.

Copied from the email I sent to Keen Gardener: I have been particularly impressed with the email communication from the courier and the fact that the package arrived during the hour slot that the email specified. Thanks for spending some time with me on the phone before I placed the order too! It gave me confidence that I was ordering the right product for my pond, which insidently is a Hozelock Prima XL9000, nowadays very hard to find! The fish seem much happier now they have circulating water again. And the filter looks like its going to do a better, more efficient job this year. I can't believe how much noise the old pump made compared with this new one, no wonder it gave up the ghost (albeit after at least 6 years use to my knowledge) - and the new pump uses slightly less electricity so it'll save some pennies too!!

I Recently Sent An Email Query Regarding A Couple
I recently sent an email query regarding a couple of products seen on the web site and received an immediate response, admitting a clerical error in a description. I was immediately made an offer to compensate for the error, which I accepted. I received the product in question on a next day delivery. The delivery service was also second to none, with the ability to track the delivery extremely useful.
