In Agreement Totally With The Previous Comments.

Totally agree with previous comment. As an owner on the site, have experienced the same problems. As soon as you buy your mobile home, the service is atrocious.Maybe Mr Myers thinks he something special, but at the end of the day he's out of his depth. Fails to respond to problems, then comes up with a charge for anything he can charge for.As for the other idiot who calls himself a site manager, would need to take a course in basic management to improve his skills.Wont be long before someone takes that smug look off his face! If your thinking of buying a home on this park...DONT. All you will do is chase for the service which is promised when you spend £30,000 plus. Once you get the keys to your home, your problems are ignored / avoided / and any chance they get to charge you for any service. They will. They even removed the mobile home steps after I got decking done, yet when your buying they tell you you can trade them in. I think its called theft Mr Myers.Removing someones items without consent? Do yourself a favour and choose another park where your custom will be valued, as here its not. Price rises every year on ground rent dont help. What goes around comes around.Time will tell!!

The Site Over Last Period Has Made A Number Of Poo

The site over last period has made a number of poor decisions on changes and the site is not good anymore compared to other local good sites. This seems to have coincided with a site manager change.

Over three years ago site was to get a new children's park as current one is very poor with very little equipment and is out of date. They seem to have spent the money for this on their new office block instead of thinking about their customers.

They have forced the excellent chip shop out, run by another business, and replaced it with their own cafe. Unfortunately the standard is very poor and has a very limited range on the menu. They have no experience of this type of business so it is not surprising. It is also high priced. Anyone would be advised to go to another chip shop. Please avoid Chambers chip shop nearby as this is very poor also. Best places are Mr Chips in town centre or Lisa's in Skerries Caravan site (easy parking).

For permanent van users site fees have also jumped a couple of hundred pounds this year also.

Please note current site manager is OK when trying to sell you things or get you on site. After that he is very aggressive and will avoid fixing anything wrong with the site. He also seems to lacks basic common-sense, technical skills, and customer relationship skills. I have spoken to a number of permanent van users who are having difficulties getting him to fix things as he keeps coming up with excuses, not excepting the problem, or trying to force them to pay extra for solutions that are not needed and are over the top.

In summary: Was good but not anymore. Better sites around.

I thought the cafe was a huge improvement, you can't argue with the fry-up!
