What can I say the worst and dirtiest holiday I have ever had and as a holiday company Hoseasons did not care.

Hoseasons gave us back £34 for an uncleaned lodge but on their website it says covid safe stays.

This is not a holiday park it is a residential site and staying there makes you feel uncomfortable as the residents don't want you there.

Mould in bedrooms and bathroom floors sticky garden uncut and full of dog poo

Windows unclean called contact number and nothing done then told by Hoeseasons that after driving seven hours to get there we should have left

we stayed here woodpecker 5 in novemeber 18 bathroom extractor was broken,toilet extractor was broken,cooker hood was broken tap on hob was broken tiny bathroom size bin in kitchen area had to but black bin bags for our rubbish kept in corner freezer was broken although they had plonked a small one in living room hot tub was freezing until late saturday night at least we had use of it for sunday will not be going back.
