Beware.....Very Poor Customer Service
I recently bought a pair of slippers from Joseph Turner & only used them for 5 > 6 months and they started to fall apart with the stitching coming undone, they were sent back to Joseph Turner for inspection & a hopeful replacement, despite an inspection, that took 2 weeks, they called to say that they wouldn't be replacing or offering me a refund as they had been worn.! It then took them 2 week to send the slippers back to me.
Yes they had been worn for a period of 5 > 6 months but I didn't expect a supposed £60.00 pair of slippers to only last 5 > 6 months.

At Last. Knitwear Where The Size Is Truly As Stated !
I recently ordered a Shetland wool pullover and a Merino wool slipover in size XXL. They are of excellent quality with good width & length fitting. I was beginning to despair at a time when knitwear generally is becoming tighter and shorter, presumably to cut production costs.
There was a very good selection of colours so, in future I shall look no further than Joseph Turner for all my knitwear.

Leather Belt Expanded Such That Trousers Now Fall Down
Using the recommended size for a 38in waist I bought a polo belt XL size. When it arrived it was tight but soon warmed to a comfortable fit using the first hole. However it is nor w in the last hole and trousers falling.
Customer service suggest cobbler punching another hole which I dont think will solve problem as it is continually expanding.
This has happened over 3 months whereas other leather belts I have bought from other sources have lasted several years

Told Goods Were Out Of Stock And Would Take 3/4 We
Told goods were out of stock and would take 3/4 weeks for delivery. Why not mention this at time of ordering.

Website Had Lower Prices Than Advertised At Checko
Website had lower prices than advertised at checkout. Placed order for shirts. Next day they would not honour the order. Very poor customer service, waste of time and wouldn't use them again. Hope this helps others.
