The fencing they supplied is wonderful. I can't fault any part of the service from ordering on their website to delivery.

It potentially could have arrived a little quicker as we had to wait a month or so but is was worth the wait.

My bin store lid split and I contacted Jacksons who said they will send out a few replacement panels for me to fit. This was in April and I’ve had the misfortune to be dealing with a chap who has consistently not bothered to fulfill his commitments to keep me informed and actually get this posted out to me. It’s now late June and still nothing. Probably the worst customer experience I recall, very frustrating. I’ve now given up and decided to just try and deter as many potential customers as possible. Their products aren’t great in terms of fit and finish, there is better stuff out there for sure. Go elsewhere….

I placed an order for 18 fence panels and a retreat shelter. One fence panel is defective and has a split and some wood appears to be splintering. I contacted Jackson as was informed that this was what they expected to see. I pointed out that this only one panel out of 18 was defective so it can't be that common place. I then received the same response from the Regional Manager who just repeated the same lame excuse and advised they will not be replacing the panel. Case closed! I can only assume that Jackson have a lot of orders and do not need to worry about negative feedback.

Jackson’s 25 year guarantee based on Jakcure treatment process is worthless.

Jacksons did not respond to messages I sent over a two month period - Their customer support service is as shoddy as their over priced products.

They will not stand behind the quality statements on their website - 'crafted for life, made with passion'.

Based I my experience with this company - Do not buy from this company

This fence and gate in the pictures is less than a year old

A major factor in choosing the Chilham range of products was the statement 'All timber used throughout is superior quality Jakcure® treated softwood guaranteed for 25 years'. So you can understand my disappointment that in less than 6 months, across a very mild winter, the panels and gate had parts that had warped and some gaps were appearing in the panels and the product doesn't look as though it will last 25 years.'

There is no doubt that the fencing I have received does not meet the expectation detailed on the Jackson Fencing website - 'crafted for life, made with passion'.

Great company and really easy to get help and support to get things right.

Fencing panels were solid and well finished. Delivery driver very helpful doing an excellent job under less than perfect circumstances.

Posts were of good, uniform quality and for once, a company supplying fixing screws has supplied good quality hardware. I will be replacing all of my posts with these from jacksons fencing.

Ordered some more post and rail wood - I'm always impressed with the quality of the timber provided, and the impregnation process which allows them to guarantee it for 25 years - worth having in my heavy clay soil. Not the cheapest, but I have more faith in it lasting than some others I have looked at.

Delivered quickly and reliably - albeit on the back of a large lorry. Would’ve preferred smaller vehicle delivery as was a small delivery

Very pleased with the quality of the fencing I purchased and it was delivered as promised. Delivery guy was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this company as reliable and good to do business with.
