I have booked both west coast and east coast tour with gotobus.com back to June. It's an unpleasant experience. The customer service is BAD! They are not professional at all! The worse thing is that the customer serivce representative told lies. I was told by gotobus.com that they are a tour company and the tour is offered by them directly. In fact, they sold me to East Coast Holiday (for east coast tour)and America Asia Travel (for west coast tour).　Both companies offered unacceptable services. NO QUALITY AT ALL! Gotobus.com is just an online agent. They do not handle any tours by themselves at all. They are just selling people to those bad-quality companies! It is a nightmare!
