City Insurance Group Car

I ran a comparison on moneysupermarket for car insurance and city insurance came out on top. When i selected go to site and had to answer a few more questions the quote increased by 5%. It was still 12% less than my renewal and i was in a hurry so i just accepted it. I then received a call just checking some details and i mentioned the fact that the premium had increased going from the comparison site to theirs. Creig said he would investigate and came back to me within ten minutes confused as to why the premium had increased but offered to reimburse the difference. If the after sales is as good as the pre-sales i will be with this company for a while.
