They don't even deserve to get 1 star from me. Very fast deduct the money you paid online. You have to bring your documents along to their office. The staff then make a copy and fill in the online application. But have full of mistakes. Calls can't reach. Giving excuses and when you can't take it anymore and ask for a refund they will say that they are waiting for the refund from the embassy. Which is more than 4 months and they still give the same answer? They should write a movie transcript with so many reasons they can think of when giving excuses to customers.

I have applied with VisaHQ for the first time for a tourist visa to Canada and I must say how impressed I was with those staff members who were ALWAYS helpful ANYTIME I called for help with filling my application. The staff members were always polite and I felt encouraged to call each time I had to, hence, after I had submitted all my documents there was none returned to me for "left out" information. Thank you team. I was also impressed with the timely manner my documents were handled and I must admit that I was promised five to seven (5-7) working days with which I will know the outcome of my visa and guess what, not only was my visa granted, but a staff member sent me a congratulatory email to tell me I got the visa and I will have my passport by the very next day. I got back my passport with the visa within five (5) working days. Thank you VisaHQ.

I needed help to obtain a visa for Mozambique at short notice. I checked the reviews of various Visa agencies and these steered me to VisaHQ. Their reputation is well earned and they got over a number of obstacles in a highly professional, efficient and communicative manner.

I now have my passport in hand a day earlier than expected. One less stress well managed.

Applied for a visa, they requested dates I was travelling. Received visa and went to airport to travel to go to a wedding, I was informed at the airport that my visa was not valid and I should contact the company who gave me the visa, as I should not have been given the visa as my passport validity did not cover the period I was to travel and return by.

Spoke with visahq who blamed me and clearly would not accept responsibility.

I want to Sue them but I'm not in a financial position to do so, however I have all documents to prove my case.

I'm appalled and disgusted at the lack of visahq accepting responsibility in this matter.

Hi everyone out there, i would like to advice you not to make a mistake applying for anything from visa hq. They are the most wicked agency i have ever seen on the planet, i summited my documents for nigeria visa, everything requested was given to visa hq, including our tickets, which they knew the dates and times we were meant to leave yet they kept saying that the nigeria high commission will not accept my documents 1. The consent letter from my husband was not typed so it was not acceptable, 2that my bank statement there was only one transaction and it will also not acceptable. 3they wanted me to upgrade by paying another £450 so to get my visas for two working days then they could do it for me. I accepted to upgrade as my kids were looking forward to go to africa for the first time my kids are so sad. 3. My holidays given to me from work is running without making use of it. 4 they have returned my documents two days after the date we were meant to go. I asked about the fees i paid since we were not given a visa, they said the high commissioner may not give me my money as they would want to take fees for my application. I have told them that i will not let it end there this is why i wouldn't advice anyone to use them as they are not the right people to deal with.

MY HUSBAND HAD APPLIED KENYA VISA THROUGH VISA HQ. THEY CHARGED HIM DOUBLE COMPARE TO KENYA VISA OFFICE DUE TO AN AGENCY SERVICE I SUPPOSE. THEY DID NOT GET BACK TO HIM. FEW DAYS LATER AFTER TAKING THE MONEY AND MY HUSBAND CHASED HIM FOR 1 WEEK AND THEY ASKED SAME DOCUMENTS AGAIN. I GUESS SHE HAS SOME ISSUES. SHE DOESNT SPEAK NICELY AND SOFTLY, NON-APOLOGETIC. AND SHE GOT THE VISA 4 DAYS AGO WHEN MY HUSBAND TRIED TO CHASE THE VISA AGAIN THEN ONLY SHE FORWARDED. AND MORE OVER SHE DID MISTAKE AS WELL. SHE PUT THE WRONG PORT OF ENTRY AIRPORT.

VISA HQ SHOULD IMPROVE NOW. AND DEAL WITH THESE SORT OF EMPLOYEES.

WE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BECAUSE OF THESE ISSUES MY FRIENDS ALSO NOT APPLYING THE VISA FROM THEM.

I've used the service three times for visas to Cameroon, India and DRC. I found the service generally very good (although there were issues with uploading a photograph in the case of the visa for India and a double payment being taken - which was refunded some months later).

However, VisahQ let itself down badly last month.

Several months after my last business with them I received an email from one of their agents which had been sent to himself and blind copied to me........ and probably many others.

I am internet savvy enough to know that his account had been hacked into so I sent a number of emails to him asking for an assurance that my Debit Card details had not been accessed. I received no reply so I emailed the manager - no reply so I phoned and spoke to her. She said that she would check and email me back a week ago....still nothing received from her.

I recommend that you be careful when you use Visahq regarding card security. Probably safer to use a Credit Card which you can claim back on in the event of fraud - you cannot do this with Debit Card.

Lesson to Visahq - if a customer emails you then answer it at once and avoid a critical review.

This is the third time I have used VisaHQ and I have been really impressed with the service. Maybe I have been lucky in having the same excellent agent each time; but everything was delivered as promised and on time. I was told exactly what I had to do, informed when my documents arrived, given a date to expect authorisation of visa and a date when I could expect delivery. All happened exactly as promised and the few queries I had along the way were answered with efficiency and courtesy. I am a very satisfied customer.
