After spending a lot of time looking at an Official Indian Visa Application Centre, so puzzling for me, I then came across Visa Genie. Very poor communication, very slow to return calls and demonstrate little understanding of the visa business. I wish I'd never used them to obtain my india visa. In the end I had to go to the visa application office myself and missed flights and partof my holiday. I would recommend you avoid this company. If you live near a major city you will get on better doing the job yourself in person.
