Poor Quality And Overpriced
I purchased a sweat shirt last week from them on 23/3/17. The sweat's not bad quality, but the pic and printing on the front look like it should after 10 years worth of machine washes - faded and unreadable. At the price. I won't be going back again.

Atrocious Quality
Oh dear, what a mistake it was to buy off this website. I wish I had read reviews first.
We ordered expensive bedsheets from Canada and when they arrived, the quality was so poor that we could only guess that some grandma had knitted them, roughed them up a bit and then had the cheek to photocopy the design onto the pillows. Reading other reviews, I doubt we'll ever get our money back. I must check to see if I had paid using my Barclaycard, otherwise I can kiss goodbye to £130!
I am such an idiot!
Great Service
Having read a lot of negative reviews on this site after placing my order I was very sceptical as to whether I would receive anything! It wasn't until after I placed my order on the UK '-.co.uk' website that I realised that the company is actually an American company and that my order would be processed and delivered from the US- I was therefore worried that my t-shirt, a gift for a friend, wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. I ordered a printed t-shirt on the 10th December 2013 to be delivered to Northern Ireland. When I arrived at the address on the 21st December my parcel had arrived in perfect condition and was just what I ordered. It has already been worn and washed and is still looking great. Clearly from other reviews some people do have issues with this website however I would definitely recommend cafepress!

Be Very Careful- Ordered The Image-not What Is In The Title
I searched for 60th birthday Tshirts and ordered a 1953 vintage wine tshirt for the 60th birtday. My order arrived within 5 days which was good. But unfortunatley was sent a wine tshirt with 1952 on it. I phoned to complain and because I would not get a new one in time she said she would give me refund. I phoned back to query the refund figure and to ask for by shipping costs back as it was their fault. She said she would only give me half the cost back as a good will gesture as apparantly it was not their fault.
Turns out 1952 was actually on the Tshirt which you can't really see until you go in and enlarge it. You are ordering the image not what is in the title and what is on my receipt of a 1953 tshirt.
She gave me an email of the company that provided the image so that i couuld complain and for them to take it off.
But Cafepress are the ones selling these tshirts and it is false advertising when they are listing these with the wrong years and should take full responsibilty for this.
American Company Disguising Itself As British
As another reviewer commented this is an American company and it hides that by using a .co.uk website and prices in pounds. When my goods did not arrive I found out that this is an international order and it takes 17 working days.
That is quite a dealbreaker. How can customers return the goods if they are of poor quality.
After that I googled cafepress reviews and they were mostly awful. Never again. Only replied to emails when I started a Paypal dispute.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered two mouse pads and two mugs from a store on the cafepress.co.uk website. I received the shipment a few days later (earlier than expected), only to find that one of the mugs had a broken handle.
I sent an email to their customer service team, explaining the situation and mentioning that I'd received a cracked mug from them two years ago but never reported it. I received a reply within a few hours, apologizing for the broken items and promising new mugs -- replacements for all the damaged items, not just the one I received in this shipment -- free of charge.
I'm very happy with Cafe Press.

I Ordered A Specific Musical Print That I Was Stru
I ordered a specific musical print that I was struggling to find any where else. I ordered this from a .co.uk site, priced in pounds sterling. The item was described as in stock and standard delivery was quoted as 5-9 days. The item was not actually dispatched until day 13 day after order and didn't arrive until day 17. It was not worth the effort. Here's why:
1. Despite being a .co.uk site and priced in sterling, this site is actually an American site and your goods come from the USA. I think if you dug very deeply into the site's T&C's you'd find this out, but it is not made explicitely clear when you are shopping it.
2. You would expect an art poster to be dispatched in a very sturdy poster mailing tube. Wrong! It was dispatched in a completely inadequate single-wall trangular thing that was crushed in transit thereby ruining the print I had ordered
3. I emailed to complain and ask for a refund. To be fair, a refund appeared the next day in my bank account but my email has remained unanswered, not one word of apology for the shoddy service received.
I would not trust this company again and would recommend to avoid it as it failed to deliver anything like good service to me.
