Magic Box System
I had this system fitted almost four years ago and my oil bill has gone down from over £2000 to just over £600 per year and am more than happy with the savings we are making PURE MAGIC
Five Year Review Of Pv Solar Panels
We had a 9 panel system installed in July 2011. The average generation has been 1840 units per annum. FIT payments and not having to buy these 9200 units has been worth approx £6300 so we expect the capital cost will be recouped within the projected 12 years. The"deal" was index linked, guaranteed for 25 years. We had to consider our age at the time and any investment returns from the capital but these have been low during the last 5 years. We will have to renew the inverter at some time (typical life span is 10 years). Overall, it appears to have been a sound investment and pv is still worth considering although the FIT and installation costs have changed considerably since 2011.
Best Helpful And Careful
The sales man is very true in his word and helpful, the installation of heating system went very well and could not have been more helpful.the firm at that time have been very busy ,finding the staffs in the office been under a lot of pressure but at the end, they managed time and sort things out in what we did not know, because it's a new thing for me,as a old man ,honestly, all could not have been nicer people to deal with and successful for both parties. Now my only hope is the after sales service, for example, if any break down take place...if this come up,then, I can tell you more .at this moment, I find the heating is very good ,time will tell..if it save me money..
I understand two family running this business, for all the hard work, wishing all well..well done .
Daikin Hybrid Heating Installation
the salesman who came to our home was very helpful and knowlegable he certainly knew his job the workmen carried out the work in one day without much disruption and left the house clean and tidy they explained all the workings of the system to us a few times so we were sure how to work it we had the inspector out to day to pass the work which has been done and made sure we were ok with it up till now we seem to have used very little gas and the whole house is very warm so this will save money on gas bills we would be quite happy to recommend this system and let people see it installed
Daikin Hybrid System
We had not specifically thought about changing our boiler, but we were aware that it was it was old and certainly not A rated. After listening carefully to the sales person and in all honesty not fully understanding how the Hybrid System worked, we went to see a house where the system had been installed (the sales person actively encouraged us to do this) and that was when we became fully sold on the idea. After an initial problem as to where the boiler could be installed it was all systems go. The team that fitted the system were extremely efficient, very pleasant and the icing on the cake was the fact that the installation process was very clean and tidy. The installation took less than two days and the system was fully explained to us on completion. Two days after the installation was completed the system was inspected offering further reassurance. The office staff are also very helpful and supportive. We have yet to appreciate how much we will save as the installation has only just been completed but we look forward to being better off, warm and comfortable.
Heat Pump System
Had heat pump system tied into oil combi boiler last month, very efficient and professional crew fitted the system in one day. The system works a treat the system works a treat the house is now always warm at a steady temperature in every room, a big improvement to when it was oil only. Looks like it will be an annual fill up of the oil tank rather than three to four a year.I would advise anyone who is thinking of fitting one of these systems, don't think about it do it. Thank you Superseal.
Daikin Bivalent System
really very pleased with this system ,workmen very professional and polite everything working perfect cleaned up afterwards, after service check passed with full colours, great to have all round heat in house and we are making savings already
A Warm Feeling!
I contacted the rep for this company after a visit from him last year, when I was not in a position to have the heating installed. After discussion on IR heating, and alternatives, and measurements, he was able to provide a quote and arrange for a surveyor to visit the same day. A call from the office indicated that the electricians would be able to fit the IR heaters within the week. I have been impressed by each member of the Superseal team for their urgency and accuracy in getting my new heating system installed. Everyone has arrived at the time indicated and has completed their task in as little time as possible. I would have no qualms in recommending Superseal and their products to anyone.

Q&A
My parents had their solar panels fitted February 2011 and are highly pleased with the product and with the 25 year guarantee but was wondering about the maintenance of the panels. Does Superseal carry out the maintenance or can they recommend someone in the area?
I had solar panels fitted by Superseal in February and had no problem at all with the fitting etc. On the funding side I was told the company use Barclays Bank to deal with their loans and I did not realise until later that I was being charged a high rate of interest.
An accounts manager from Superseal tried to tell me that I was only paying back the money for the panels with no interest. Paying £89 per month over 10 years seems to me a lot of money to pay for panels costing £6,995. Could I find myself a better loan rate or because I signed up with Barclays am I stuck with this?
How can you compare solar panel suppliers ?
I have two quotes - one from Superseal and one from Staybright. They quote different numbers of panels (and thus different prices ) but similar energy generation - how do I find out which is right?
Pretty much all reviews talk about the fitting of the panels but it is long term performance that matters most.
Sorry, but I can't help as the product we bought was not solar panels. I hope you managed to find the best answer.
