I ordered a toilet seat which was sent via Hermes and did not arrive when it was supposed to so when it did arrive I refused it ,
It was returned to the seller but repeated requests for a refund have failed to get a response.
This is the worst on line seller I have ever dealt with and I advise you not to have anything to do wo=ith them.
They take an age to deliver and then even long to issue a refund,
AVOID like the plague

Awful Service/ Borderline Criminal.
Bhl.co.uk originally sent my item to completely wrong address, then said would be re-delivered to me. Wasn't happy as they didn't respond to me to confirm if this was a new item or the received/opened item they sent to the wrong address the previous week. I had no response so re-ordered with another supplier and formally requested cancellation of order/refund with bhl.co.uk.
They still decided to send to my address which I subsequently refused the delivery and the courier returned item to them (unsigned/not received by me). They received their returned item a month ago, I have been constantly requesting my refund for OVER 1 MONTH and still don't have it!
Will be taking legal action, order from someone else!!!

Good prices but ZERO customer service. Which makes anything you buy from them very risky unless you have the time and money to chase them through the courts or trading standards system to honour warranty periods.

I ordered a part from these guys, which was indicated as being in stock, yet it took 5 days for them to even acknowledge the order. After this, another 4 days went by before the item dropped through the letterbox. There is no excuse whatsoever in this day & age for not getting the item in the post straight away (if indeed the item was actually ever in stock?). NINE days for an item to arrive is utterly woeful. Additionally, putting company flyers, and a discount voucher for wine, in the envelope with my item is unwanted and uneccessary, and has hardly endeared me to use this company again. Long waiting times are a common complaint in many reviews on here, and BHL need to pull their finger out on this issue. Thankfully, I was in no hurry for my item, but I'd be in no hurry to use BHL again, either.

Waited over 2 months for any part of my order, 1 part came in and the other (which I was charged for) did not. I chased it and it now appears it was not available singly and I could BUY the additional basket, now I had to ask for a refund (I did get it immediately thank you PayPal).
Awful service, would never use them again.

Good Price But Massive Delay
Ordered a Mira Eco shower head/hose/rail kit. It was the best price icouldfund online. However, I contacted them after hearing nothing for 2 weeks. I was told the delivery would be a further 2 weeks.
If they could provide a delivery estimate up front or keep me informed without having to chase them I would have given a much better rating.

I have to say this has been my worst online shopping experience ever.
I ordered items for my tap based on info on the manufacturer's website. However the information was incorrect & so the items did not fit my tap. I returned them by "signed for delivery" requesting a refund. When BHL finally responded to me after some 2 weeks of chasing, they told me one of the items was "broken" & so they would only refund me for one.
Now these were very hard, small, durable items packaged in the very same padded envelope used by BHL to send them to me. So I find it hard to believe that one was "broken" on receipt. It seems more likely that since these items are unlikely to be ordered by anybody else, they cut their "loss" by only refunding me for one. So I would avoid ordering from this company because if you need to return something, you may meet the same fate as me.

Item Failed To Arrive On Specified Date
I,took the day off to receive a bath. The email sent to me specified that it would be delivered on specific date. The item failed to arrive. I phoned BHL who failed to take responsibility and blamed their delivery company for the mishap. I lost one day's income and the company failed to arrange a delivery date / time that was convenient to me as I could not take more time off work and they managed a half hearted apology when a complaint was made. I will not use them again as they proved on this instance to be unreliable and i would have been better off going with a company who delivery when they say they will such as wickes

I ordered the boiler on Thursday was sent email with delivery details later that afternoon was delivered on Monday morning. Good service was kept up to date by email. Delivery was free which was good for a large item. Only negative is that the site can be a bit slow.
