Dont go with this company as they dont honour customers - Day Insure is better and honourable - I had a quote from these people and the sent it to me by email, I clicked on the quote and it changed immediately £6 more expensive - thats not something I expect from a company that is supposed to be transparent - They also state call us on their website which is a lie. No Phone number - only email and stupid BOT. Finally on their chat go to keytype to a lady and she says - the price can change at anytime, the quote given is not held we wont honour anything.

Best to aviod this company.

It is easy to insure, but very expensive. I insured the same driver for two weeks last December and paid £80 and I thought that was expensive but for one week it was £76! and this was with an alleged 30% discount. Won't use again.

I NEEDED TO BORROW A VEHICLE TEMPORARILY AND BORROWED ONE FROM A FRIENDS HIRE COMPANY. AFTER THOROUGHLY READING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT STATED AT NO POINT THEY DID NOT COVER HIRE VEHICLES I PROCEDDED TO PAY £219 FOR 28 DAYS COVER. WHEN GOING TO COLLECT THE VEHICLE I FOUND OUT THAT THEY DO NOT COVER HIRE CARS AND PROCEEDED TO CALL TEMPCOVER.COM. THEY WERE ADIMENT THE T&C'S STATED THIS (WHICH THEY DID NOT) AND SAID I WOULD NOT RECIEVE A REFUND HOWEVER IF WE HAD ANOTHER CAR WE COULD BORROW FROM A FRIEND PROVIDING NO MONEY WAS EXCHANGED TO BORROW IT I COULD PAY TO TAKE OUT ANOTHER COVER AND THEY MAY CONSIDER REFUNDING THE ORIGINAL POLICY!!!! BUT IT IS NOT 100% THAT I WOULD GET A REFUND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AND I AGREE WITH THE OTHER COMMENTS IT MUST BE STAFF WRITING THE GOOD REVIEWS AS OUT OF MY FRIENDS THAT I HAVE LATER DISCOVERED HAVE USED THEM, NOT ONE HAS A GOOD WORD TO SAY ABOUT THEM

i try to get insurance this temp cover jun they take money my account but there is no policy my insurance they didint insure the car but they take the money when i call mail they always liar told me mail them but no one resbond where i can complain get my money back i did mail them i did call them stay where from this people i will complain every where

Tried several times to make a payment and for thrown out each time, 3 cards used and all rejected, checked with bank no problems wih any... Terrible

I required short cover to take a Mercedes to a repairer and this was about as easy as it gets. Simply found them online, filled in the details and bingo, three quotes to choose from, payment and a insurance Policy Document emailed to me straight away. What could be simpler ? As for expensive - £30 to have it covered and legal. A small price to pay and compare that with the 50 minutes I spent patiently going through details with a well-known insurer only to be told they couldn't then do it. Definitely like this service and highly recommend it.

They try and force you through a higher provider. All good reviews are written by employees pretty obvious.

Tempcover is the most atrocious company you will ever deal with absolutely no idea on customer service their helplines on the phone always want to turn you away as it seems they do not want to do their job. I tried taking cover through them they messed me about for 3 days as my payment would not go through, i checked with my bank if they are declining the request they said no request had been made i rang tempcover who told me to keep trying as it would eventually go through, me being me kept trying in the end frustrated i rang them back up and apparently they could not insure me because i had made too many attempts to pay LOL yet they told me to make these attempts absolutely disgusting service recommend insuredaily anyday cheapest is not always best....

I took a days cover with them, the details failed to reflect on the system and I dont have a printer at home. when i later tried to print at a friend's house there was no email with policy. However i friend told me that infor would be on the MID. to my shock i was stopped by the police and my car impounded. Their excuse was that i was suppose to print (not all of us have printers), also they did not email me the docs. The following day as i called their office even their colleagues could not find my details nor an email that was supposed to be sent to me. she finally did after 10min on the phone and she emailed them at 8.10am. To my suprise they did not see their wrong they kept saying i should take the matter with the police. I insured again with them ( i guess i dont learn) again information not reflecting on the MID ,i took a day insurance however they are telling me it will reflect on the MID after 24hrs how is this sensible at all???? my day's cover is supposed to be over then. they stil say print your documents. not everybody has a printer at home, who is responsible for updating the MID....can someone please do their jobs. I wont recommend tempcover, however if you want headache please use them. Insure daily is what I use now.

I found that compared with other sites tempcover prices were really competitive. I don't usually write reviews but I was really impressed with the customer service I received from these guys, nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend them to others.
