I went to Moomba one lunchtime as the menu looked pretty good and varied.

The service was very friendly and very efficient, so definite thumbs up there.

The menu was also very good, I went with a vegetarian and there seemed to be enough choice to cater for him. The decor and ambience were also pretty good.

In fact it was all pretty good, but the food was only "OK". It wasn't bad, it was just a bit lacking in flavour and excitement.

Its one of those restaurants where the menu is more enticing than the actual food.

As I say, it wasnt terrible and I'd probably recommend that others try it as they may have just been having a slightly off day in the kitchen.
