Worst experience ever! DO NOT order anything unless you have weeks and weeks to wait and do not pay for expedited service. Also, don’t bother to reach out for help. They do not care. Ordered two costumes and paid for 2 day delivery. Site clearly outlines that items will shop within two days and deliver in approximately two days from that. They did ship the items within two days, but the shipping method they used will take almost two weeks. I paid for and expected thee items to be here this week. Customer service does not care and keeps replying with information that directly contradicts what is posted on their site.

Move forgot my order.

Only when I contacted with them, they saw my order.

Fair enough, they upgraded the shipping but the product arrived too late so I immediately returned the product.

Still no refund. I guess they forgot about the refund.

All this tells you they cannot run a business.

ordered 10 pairs for my dance company with express delivery, because we needed the shoes for a show. Arrived after 4 days instead of 2... one pair I ordered in a UK 3 was delivered in a UK 6....no response to my emails ...if I would send this one pair back for exchange, I would have to pay shipping again! replacing the "wrong" pair wouldn't make sense anyway, because the right sized shoes wouldn't be here in time for the show.

that's not true, because a house-no. isn't necessary for deliveries

move dancewear haven't delivered the goods, refund the price but not the delivery costs --> seems to be a mesh

Habe zwei Paar Schuhe zum Tanzen kaufen wollen, Preise nicht niedrig. Ein Paar war mindestens eine Nummer größer als angegeben, ohne dass im Shop darauf hingewiesen wurde. Beim Zurücksenden wurde das Porto nicht erstattet mit der Begründung, man sei nicht verantwortlich für die Größenbezeichnung. Ich finde schon, denn es wird nicht das einzige Paar Schuhe mit dieser Fehlauszeichnung gewesen sein. Ich werde nicht mehr bei Move dancewear kaufen. I bought two pairs of shoes, one had a wrong size e.g. was too big for size. Had to pay the postage for return, although it was not my fault. I will never buy here again.

I ordered some items from this website and I put the wrong address and once I realized I contacted them after 2 weeks of ringing and email they said they have to resent my items out again buy I have to pay for the post and packaging so I paid for next day delivery because I have a show and my items still haven't come I will never use there website again.

Used move dance wear twice and both times the delivery has been shocking. The first time I used them I waited up to a month for my stuff. I also used next day delivery?? The second time I used it I waited up to 2 weeks for my package that said it would arrive within 2-3 working days.. No impressed. Has lovely dance wear and I really like the website but they really need to sort out their deliveries.

I bought some Bloch ballet shoes on movedancewear.com around a month ago and was really impressed by the price! Being an intrepid bargain hunter I always scour the web before I buy, and even click all of Google's sponsored links despite their spamminess, and I couldn't find a better price for the model of ballet shoes I wanted.

Delivery was quick and smooth without issue too. My only slight qualm was the delivery price but even when added to the overall cost they still beat every other dance store and the delivery time of 2 days made it worthwhile.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone. P.S. I really like the site guys!
