Absolutely shocking service, the (next day delivery ) arrived 4 days late, then had the main part of the order missing, after 50+ calls and 2 weeks later, the missing item was re sent, (spider mite predators), finally received the bottle and not a single mite in the bottle, had them out under a large magnifying glass and literally not a single mite. strung me along every day for 2 weeks saying it will be there tomorrow, this is the only place you are able to review or even comment, clearly disabled all comments etc on socials because they know it will be plastered in bad reviews , and to confirm this , i had my comments on insta deleted purely for suggesting people look at these reviews before ordering, clearly know they are shamming people are do everything to hide it, this is the only area they don't have control over and it speaks volumes. Looking at these comments it seems more than incompetence they are actively trying to trick people.

placed a small order 4 boxes were sent that arrived with 3 different dpd drivers and vans and the most expensive item a reflector was missing.tried to phone the store the staff were not interested and shockingly head office has no phones that they answer sooo i left an email still no response . I can only come to the conclustion that growell hydroponice UK are disshonest and not to be trusted ...they dont deserve 1 star

Two orders this year

First incomplete , with faulty items 2 fans and a tent faulty , and the quality of the basic tent is shocking you would be better with zip ties and bin bags.

Fair enough it’s sorted within the week but still a lot of hassle and work setting up to have to re pack , no compensation

2nd order

Delivered to wrong adress late and no confirmation emails or tracking , simple things that help avoid

This company is very poor , there no fit for purpose it seems. Can’t believe I ordered a second time.

Delivery was late two days and then it came incomplete. Still didn't get parcel or my money back. Bad communication and bad service. On Growell.co.uk they don't allowed to put review if is one or two star just five and four, but don't be fooled by that they are worst and most expensive company. 16 pounds for delivery and they managed to screw it up twice. For ROI better ordered from dublinindorgardening , free delivery when you spend 50euro and it is on time at your place. Very disappointed with CROWELL, failed on simple things. Never order again

I purchased a grow light, which lasted approximately 6 weeks when it should have lasted a year. They refused to exchange. Will not purchase from them again. The light wasn't cheap.

parcels delivered to an oap with mobility problems by parcel force five of the six boxes were damaged and tore open the delivery guy just threw them up against the wall outside then when asked if he could place them on the step so I could drag them in he just shook his head. ignorant and lazy thank god my grandson came round a couple of minutes later and bought them in for me not really growells fault but they choose to use parcel force

staff are rude and very unhelpfull,staff also very unknowledgeball and if you get any problems with anything you've bought you can forget it, once they have your money they are not interested

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a few items and paid £14.95 for next day delivery items took 2 days to arrive I made a complaint and was told my £14.95 would be refunded to my PayPal account. I'm still waiting on my refund so contacted PayPal who told me there has been no attempt by Growell to pay me back. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'll never use Growell again

I ordered a few net pots and they sent me something completely different than advertised. When I asked to return it and explain they sent me the wrong items I'm told I got what I ordered so I have to pay £8 to send it back. What a joke!

Avoid this company and buy off Amazon if you after net pots, its the same pots at half the price.

I've been using Growell for years I've brought stuff in there shops and on line never had a single problem. They always have the stock and delivery has always been fast. Once something got damaged by the courier and Growell replaced it next day.

I tried other web sites and they didn't have the stock or the good prices. They've got this chat thing now on the web site and it's really good. You can ask them for advise and they know what they are talking about. There web site shows they have got some new shops so they must be doing something right.
