Oh My God Hair Loss
Used Pantene products for years as didn't have any bad effects . However since the formula has changed I get really really bad eczema/red red rash all over my face and also my hair is falling out on mass . Like one of the other reviews it comes out all the time and wherever I go I leave a trail of hair . Why oh why did you change the formula as I am going to have to find a new shampoo and conditioner and a repeat prescription for my face cream
New Smell Ghastly
I have used these products ever since I can remember and loved them.
However, there seems to be a different smell of late (since NEW endorsed on packaging) and I find the smell very offensive!!! I love it otherwise but had to stop using it as the smell makes me gag!!!!I am sad about this!

Pantene Pro-v Shampoo Is The Best!
For a long time I have been using Pantene Pro-V shampoo and conditioner. I extremely loved it! My hair has been so clean, it shines and my hair has actually been growing faster! I don't have any problem with Pantene products.

Leaves You Hair Greasy Yet Staticky
I bought Panthene pro v colour protect on sale and I could not believe how aweful my hair was after several washes. Greasy and flat yet staticky. The last time I washed I noticed wax like clumps that I could not comb out. I don't know what they put in their product but it's a disaster. Stay away!

One Hit Wonder!
I have used this shampoo for the last year and it seems too work fine for my hair for a short period of time, however it causes build up which causes my hair to go more greasy than any shampoo i have ever used!! Definitely think there are better products out there!!

Lank, Greasy Hair - Like Being A Teenager All Over Again!
Pantene Pro-V Colour Protect and Smooth Shampoo -
My hair is my best feature. I have a lot of it and it is in great condition. However, this product made my hair look greasy and lank and it felt dirty and heavy - like being a teenager all over again! I expected a creamy lather when washing (which you would expect from a "good" shampoo) but there really isn't! Even my hands felt dry after using it. A friend advised me to try washing my hair with washing up liquid, and it worked! All the nasty waxy residue was gone. I then followed up with my favourite conditioner - Tresemme. Ahh! That's better!
I was at the hairdressers' yesterday and it's not just me that has had a bad experience with this shampoo. A few of us had bought it on special offer from our local Tesco and had similar experiences. I have no idea who these women are that give 5 star reviews for this product on the Pantene website because everyone that I have spoken to gives a very negative view of it. I won't be using Pantene products in future - very disappointed.
Its Not An "urban Legend"! Lost Hair
I bottle a big ol' bottle of the shampoo and conditioner about a month ago. A week later my hair started falling out, in clumps. I never heard of shampoo causing hair loss before, so I chalked it up to late acting postpartum hairloss.( I had a baby thirteen months ago, and never noticed any hair loss after my pregnancy) however after doing some research I realized it was very rare to start losing hair at 13 months postpartum. Your hair should be normal at this stage. So I decided to keep an eye on it, and it only got worse, like scary worse. I would have to brush my hair before getting in the shower, clean out my brush and bathroom floor and sink due to so much hair falling out, only to have to clean out the shower due to clumps falling out while washing my hair, then brush my hair after the shower, reclean my hair brush, sink and floor and have my boyfriend clean off the loose hair that fell off and stuck to my back. I find huge clumps of hair in my underwear and have to clean it out of my bottom throughout the day! Everytime I take my hair tie off its covered in hair. My boyfriend had to cut the hair out of our vacuum with a razor blade because there was so much in it, it was affecting the way our vacuum worked ( just to give you an idea). The only thing that has changed in the last month is I started using Pantene. Finally today I googled hair loss after using Pantene because I couldn't think of what else it could be, and was shocked by what I read! I should have researched this sooner. Thankfully I have super thick hair or else I'd be SOL. Changing shampoo and conditioner tonight!

New Pantene
I have also been using pantene for like 25 years....I put up w/ the last changes but the new ones as of today are horrible..the moisture renewal shampoo I used to use is now too dang heavy for my hair, I've even tried to use less of it....and my hair doesn't seem to be growing...I lived w/ well water for last 10 years and my hair wouldn't grow..i moved out 1 year ago and its grown long now, but last couple weeks w/ this new shampoo...NOPE heavy, greasy looking next day..extremely unhappy..there is an old saying...if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!! now have to go search and waste money to try and find another shampoo...I'm really disappointed Pantene....25 years and now I have to move on....I'm not happy camper right now....
