Booked Last Night

Booked holiday last night paid etc then was called today, lady stating payment had not gone though! and price has gone up another £300, how do they get my info? Won’t book again with you ! I will go into tui I’m disgusted!! Fortunately I’ve checked and it has gone through, how many people have paid into this?

Incorrect Price Adverts

Tried to book at pirce shown then found it to be over £50 more expensive at check out point. Not clear nor transparent indeed same price as main agent. Very poor.

Credit Card Charge Total Com

Must book at leastc3 long haul hols a year. This time needed to use a credit card charge. Made another £95 out of me for no reason at all. Give same old excuse this is the cost of processing. what a load of Rubbish. Mr Catterall

Wrongly Advertising 'guaranteed Lowest Price'

Spoke with the advisor at Holiday Hypermarket and booked a 5 star resort in Sharm, Egypt. Wanted to stay at The Grand Hotel, it had very good reviews on trip advisor so I thought well, they have a 'guaranteed lowest price' so I went ahead and booked. Then saw the exact same holiday on Red Sea holidays for over £50 less. I'm not happy at all and plan to call them on Monday to ask what their price promise means exactly? Very misleading indeed. Any ideas or is booking a holiday just a 'mugs game' where everybody wants a little bit of money from you?

Don't Use This Amateur Company

Paid £9500 for 9people. Booked 9 months ago. Told yesterday holiday to eygpt at the water park was not available. Tried to get us to pay £2000 more for a mother holiday. Told them they are the worst company I have delt with. Will never walk into there shop again. Got full refund. Wast of my time, they will take your money and give you utter bad service.

“customer Service Complaint At A Holiday Hypermarket Store”

I have booked a holiday to Florida for three week the service when I first booked was excellent but since then it has gone down hill. Surprises for my sons froth coming 13 birthday Park tickets I did not get what I paid I had a rude manger of the store talked to me like something off his shoe he was so arrogant I was in flood of tears. I was in flood of tears a surprise holiday that I have paid over £6000 for with tickets with the Hypermarket has been my worse experience and has put a damper on my holiday I have been looking forward to and the only thing that is keeping me going is to see my sons face at the airport when he realises where he is going.

Customer Service Complaint

first time it has come to this here goes

having booked a holiday to the Occidental Grand in Punta Cana

on the Dominican Republic what was supposed to be a 5 * hotel on there recommendation turned out more 3 * a run down hotel with poor food

also pre booked seats at a cost of £75 which we did not get

finished by having watch stolen from room hotel not interested

reported to travel agent on day of return and filed complaint

waited over 28 days with no reply

went back in to be told that email had not been sent on and would be

dealt with that day and copy would be emailed to me 2 days later still no reply so have been back in again and posted another copy of complaint

by hand

am now waiting to see how long it takes to get back this time

so if you want customer satisfaction go else where

will update this when settled

Expensive!

Holiday Hypermarket use expensive travel companies .. i.e. Falcon Naama Star Hotel, Sharm El Sheik, 9 nights 29th December B&B... on here through Cosmos £736 pp..exact same holiday on Teletext Holidays is £557 !!! quite a difference!

I would like to propose not to hold off until you earn enough cash to order all you need! You should get the mortgage loans or just collateral loan and feel yourself fine

If you're in not good state and have no money to get out from that, you would require to take the home loans. Just because that would aid you unquestionably. I get credit loan every year and feel myself OK just because of this.

Don't have enough cash to buy a car? Don't worry, because it is achievable to take the business loans to work out all the problems. Thus take a commercial loan to buy all you want.

Great Value And Excellent Customer Service

I booked a holiday to Morocco on the website (same holiday was £107 extra on Firstchoice site). My confirmation of booking appeared straight away by e-mail, paperwork came through the post 4 days later. I noticed I had booked a room that had a connecting door. I hadn't intended to (knowing that these can sometimes be noisy). I sent an e-mail to customer services to see if I could rectify this. I was impressed to receive a response less than 24 hours later saying that the booking had been ammended at no extra charge. My tickets and all necessary information arrived over three weeks before my trip and everything went smoothly. Talking to other tourists at our hotel, I felt quite smug to have got such a good deal. I would certainly use them again and already recommended this company to friends.

Everything Went Smoothly

I have just returned from a 6 day break to krakow in Poland my student son booked everything for me with Holidayhypermarket I never had a moments worry all my documents were Emailed on the same day as I booked my hotel voucher and flights were all in order upon arriving in krakow a private Taxi was waiting to transfer me to the hotel

upon leaving the same service was provided to me a taxi picked me up and brought me straight to airport what a service for £16 return a lot of other

companies would not have given such service to an individual i am sure.

As for cost I saved nearly £200 compared to Thompsons and Thomas Cook

and got 2 days more in Krakow compared to what they offered when I tried to

book with them thankfully my son had used Holidayhypermarket himself and

was able to point me in their direction I would not hesitate to use them again.as with other reviewersit was all covered by First Choice
