Fiat Stilo Abarth 2.4

Ive had my 2004 Abarth for 2 years now and it has never let me down... The only problem I have had is a rear brake calliper, so got a second hand one for £30 and that's it, no other faults. I have the 2 door black on black with with tints, and all the extras... Full sun roof, red leather, sat nav, cruise control, phone and so much more!!!! Good performance with good road handling, my only quibble would be ive had it lowered so the ride is harsh but hey that's only me being picky.. Over all an excellent car for little money, would def. recommend to anyone.

Great car for no money,absolute bargain

Ive had my fiat stilo abarth for 2 years and although it is the 5 door and looks quite ugly compared to the stunning 3 door, I have to say it is just truley epic. I used to have a 2.0 audi a3 year 2004 and to be honest it doesnt compare to the stilo. The a3 is boring, has no features, engine is sluggish, its just so plain. The stilo is in everyway exciting, the engine is really good, never had one problem with it.

It has 170bhp which sounds little for a 2.4 20v but the real power is in the torque. It gathers speed from no revs and when going up hill i can keep it in a high gear and it flys up, no need to change down or anything.

What i really do love about it is the automatic/manual option. When in automatic is it refined, calm and sensible, however switch it to manual it turns into a beat. Its really really fast, i kept up with a porche the other day and when i pulled along side him he couldnt understand how this ugly family hatchback could keep up with his porche.

I would highly reccommend the stilo abarth to anybody, the only downfall is that it does drink alot. It does on average 27 mpg, but I can get it up to 32-34mpg but I am always so tempted to put my foot down in the car.

My Stilo Abarth is one of the ~30 in Portugal.

I love my car because is a very special car, like a beautiful woman.

In some points in not 5 stars, but in others (emotionals) is "6 stars".

I cant live without my Abarth.

I know there are most fast cars, but Stilo Abarth is different.

I purchased my Abarth in 2005 and have been enjoying the the drive since. It's given a few glitches, none more than the other cars. It's great on performance, looks, and it's a tough mean machine. Just wont give it up for any other car. If I had to get another car, probably another Abarth in a different colour ...and a sun-roof.

I've owned my Fiat 2.4 Abarth for two years now, and still love it today. I normally get bored with cars very quickly, but not this furious little beast. I have never had any problems at all and it is very reliable, although thirsty, but its worth the extra cost in fuel. My only complaint is that i go though front tires alot, well a car like this needs to be driven, right! Mines in bright blue and really turns heads, and people can't deny that its a great looking car even my mates who slag me off for owning a fiat, they're just jealous. I was once on motorway with a golf GTI, he was obviously at max power and foot to the floor, yet I still had more to go and kept pulling away from him. It was great to see the look on his face. Well as ya can see, I totally love this car and it is the best hot hatch I've had.!

after selling my Jaguar X type 3.0 SE V6 and trust me after getting my hand on Fiat Stilo Abarth 2.4 not going back to Jaguar at all unless it XF or something :)but serious no trouble very good on the corners..had a quick test on the road with someone who was driving Golf GTI turbo 08 plate and he just cannot keep up with the it...

I've owned my Fiat Stilo Abarth 2.4 for about a year, and I think its a great car. Its a 2003 5 door, which is not as nice looking as the 3 door, but the suspension is a little less go-cart like, whilst still being on the sporty side, and its loads more practiacal for ferrying the folks around. Great performance, and the only reliability issue I have had is having to have a broken front spring replaced. Otherwise its been great. All the electrical gadgets, (of which there are loads!), are all working ok. I think that Italian cars are all about wanting something different, and a bit quirky. I love the selespeed box, and the fact that no-one really knows what the car is, until I start pulling away from them! Good fun, cheap for what it is, and under rated is my conclusion

I have had to come to a sad choice and i have had to let my v go :( . I have had it for 4 years and apart from the odd bits that i had to deal with it been the best car i have ever owned and driven, it been good fun. The amount of toys in the car is great even now theres buttons i have not pressed. When it goes to the dealer i just hope some one has as much fun out of it as i did.
