KAM GMX 5 Pro

I brought it for £250 with speakers and mic etc.. It's old but definatley good. I don't generally use the CD players but they are very good and the crossfader helps. I mainly use AUX for my ipod. Being only 13 I aggree with some people, the sliders feel cheap but what else can you buy for £250.

All in all a great 1st buy!

I have been using this model as my primary mixer both in clubs and in my home radio studio for some years with no major problems. Recently the headphone circuit has developed a fault so that I can only hear the channel that is playing out and not teh channel I am cueing up, but this is a simple short circuit which can be corrected with a simple service and my desk is now several years old, and is used heavily.

As a DJ mixer, I have used no desk that comes close to the KAM DNX5 Pro for ease of use, functionality and overall reliability.

As part of my radio studio it has also proved to be amongst the best I've used, outstriping other mixers with a similar number of channels.

The Kam GMX 5 Pro is an excallent mixer no problems at all the talk over is excallent. It automatically lowers the main volume while you talking and brings it back up when finished and you can controll how much it varies unlike some mixers which have it permantly reduced if you want to talk over. once again can't fault it looks good would buy again
