The chef and owner need to visit other premium restaurants within Essex to see how they could improve their menu and quality of food.

Chelmsford, Italian, The Courtyard - Authentic receipes from the Marche region of Italy - some were the owner's grandmother's receipes! Real care is taken with the food and interesting flavours are used to great effect. Everything from fish to wild boar & ostrich on the menu, but I really like the liver . . . it's delicious!
