The Welcome Inn, Hornchurch

Thoroughly delicious. I enjoyed the Chef’s special, utilized the servers unbiased and professional recommendation , and finished off along with a delightful ice cream dish .

Classic food preparation, provided in an unpretentious dining-room without a good deal of fuss. The meat definitely speaks for itself, and though vegetarians would probably acquire their choice quite limited, it's a carnivore's shangri-la. Quite a few business-types here on a week day lunch break, but the aura was still being fairly casual.

Company was good, attentive and regarded without getting pushy or stuffy. Will for certain return try a handful of the a bit more bold foods

We've been eating at the Welcome Inn for over 20 years. Never had a bad meal, staff are fantastic and we know them personally now. They are always welcoming and courteous. We've spent many birthdays, anniversarys and other special occasions here as we know we're guarenteed a wonderful evening.

The food is fantastic, Sizzling Scallops are to die for! We've introduced many friends to this restaurant, all whom have thoroughly enjoyed their experiences!

I was introduced to this restaurant over ten years ago by a family friend. When it comes to eating out at a Chinese restaurant I would choose the Welcome Inn every time. The menu covers every taste, the staff are wonderfully friendly and the recent refurbishment makes it a great atmosphere to linger in. It is very popular with the locals and we have never had a bad experience there. The toffee apple fritters are to die for! (If you can fit it in after everything else!)

I have been coming to The Welcome Inn for over 30 years and have always found the food to be excellent. Although the menu is almost twice the price of your standard chinese restaurant the food is so much better than twice as good. Where you will find most chinese restaurants will have each dish tasting of the sauce it's swimming in, this is not the case with The Welcome Inn. Each dish is full of flavours! I mean everything has individual flavours within the same dish. I can't fault the Salt and spicy prawn or squid starter. Simply stunning, be careful of the fresh chilli because it packs a punch. I have genuinely never been disappointed in any way with the service, food or the atmosphere at this restaurant and would whole heartedly recommend to anyone who has a taste for chinese food, or any other food for that matter.

The Welcome Inn gives excellent Service, great atmosphere very friendly and excellent cooked food
