I started my insurance last week in error tried to call them on more than a few occasions . I have requested call back and also sent an email I cannot get hold of anyone from this company . Avoid at all costs
I started a insurance last week and pay deposit money was collected from today I got email saying they going cancel my policy I tried 4 hours or more to speak to someone never luck they always put me on hold. Please avoid this company

Do not use this company at all! I sold my vehicle and cancelled my insurance. The ‘helpful’ agent asked if I wanted to keep the policy open for 30 days in case I buy another car.., sounded ok. I didn’t buy another car but they took the monthly premium 2 weeks later. I asked how I am paying insurance for a car I don’t have? They wouldn’t refund until I gave them proof of sale and the under writers approved?
They advised there is a further SEVENTY FIVE POUNDS cancellation charge!
I’ll be referring to part 2 schedule 2 of the consumer rights act which is about being charged proportionately for goods/services that you have not received!
Absolute C merchants….. AVOID!

Beware Screetrade Do Not Pay Cash Back As Stated
Took out Screentrade car insurance in May 2016 through Top Cash Back, expecting to receive a repayment of £35, which made them cheaper than other insurances.
Despite the cash back site submitting my claim, on more than one occasion, they have still not paid up 19 months later.
Feel like I have been tricked as this was they only reason I took out the insurance. All other insurance companies I have used through cash back sites have always paid back the money that they stated they would.
Will never use them again or recommend them.

Cancelled My Insurence Without Telling Me
took out insurance and 3 weeks later got a letter saying it was cancelled as hadn't sent proof of no claims bonus,rang and told them I hadn't received a letter to be told I should read my emails.had to renew which was £40 cancellation fee and new quote was also another £40 extra from previous quote from 3 weeks earlier.customer service appalling, avoid at all costs!!

The only thing that made me go with screentrade was their quote which was very cheap. I was happy with them till it came to changing my car. It was a Ford Focus Zetec 2 manual and we changed for a Ford Focus Titanium automatic.New Car was only 3yrs old as opposed to previous which was 6 years old. They wanted another 300 pound to adjust our policy. Every time we have changed cars their have been a slight increase with admin fee thats all. It was cheaper to cancel & start again with another company which we did. Trying to get hold of customer service was appalling.Took 3 days before we were successful.

I have had to get in touch with them on 4 occasions and the waiting time have been from 30mins to 1hour 7mins where on the the last occasion I ended up hanging up. It's so frustrating when you have an issue to resolve.
No option of requesting a call back. I feel highly dissatisfied and would NOT recommend.
Terrible Service
Awful customer service. If you need to contact this company be prepared for slow response on email only. The chances of getting hold of someone on the phone are non-existent.
Fees for changing anything extortionate.
