If I could put zero stars

If I could put zero stars, then I would have!!!

Due to what MUST have been a glitch in their website I now have a 300£ fine and 6 penalty points!!! Online amendments are supposedly easy - certainly not with this company. They have you fill out the forms and then fail to make the changes anyway! Apparently I should have phoned to check - erm, so the point of an online service is what, exactly?

VERY disappointed in their services and will NOT be using them in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I Wouldn't Recommend This Company To A Dog!!

I was in an accident in the month of May last year. My car was totaled!! Airbag even deployed. It was an entire month before an adjuster even came out to look at my car! Then another whole month before they finally payed my car off and sent me my money!! Two full months I had no vehicle !! But they want their money on time when payment is due. And to top it off if I got a rental I had to use my own money and then get reimbursed by them after fact!! Never ever again will I use direct nor recommend them to anyone not even a dog!!!

Escalating Quotes, Keeping Your Money!

Horrendously escalating quotes. When giving money back (non renewal but took from bank) stated 5 working days for refund. On the 5th day post you a cheque! Really! In this day and age. Unjustifiably hanging onto your money as if it was there's. Stay well clear!!

Terrible - Sent Series Of Escalating Renewal Quotes

This lot should not be recognised as legitimate insurers - when it came to renewal time they sent me a series of escalating quotes so I looked elsewhere. The dimwit in Sales even phoned me up to ask whether I was renewing at the highest figure ! Then 3 years later when asked for simple letter confirming NCB ( I HAD BEEN WITH auto direct for over 5 years without a claim) they said that they had no trace of my policy even when I sent a copy of their cover note with Policy Number ON ! AVOID . DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Stay Away Awful

Terrible insurance company, not open weekends, so if you had a crash on the weekend you have to wait till Monday to report it.!My last insurance company were online,so when I joined auto direct they said they would contact them to get proof of my no claims, because they failed to do this they cancelled the insurance then charged my £25.00 for not providing the no claims in a certain period,when it was suppose to be done by them.

I needed to change my address from south London to kent, not only did they charge me £25.00 but I did not get any discount regarding moving from a high crime area to peaceful Kent.

They have just sent me a renewal notice, I will be so happy when I phone them Monday and tell them not to bother!!!

Claim Service Sucks

I was in a wreck and the person who is supposed to be handling my claim never answers the phone or returns my calls. I transferred to one of the team members only to be put on hold for an extended length of time until I finally had enough. Cheap rates, and cheap service. You get what you pay for!

The Worse Car Insurance Ever!!!!

The would only give me 25% of what it took to repair my car. And they gave my that estimate without seeing my car. When I complained, they said take it or leave it. Just plain rude, with no regard to people and tgheir real problems.

Absolutely Disgusting Service

The service I have received from this Insurance group is absolutely appalling.I am at present experiencing very difficult personal problems .I rang them as soon as I realised I had made a mistake explained I was nursing a terminally ill family member .To hear not our problem you owe us this !!!!!
