Totally Disappointed!!
I have bought my ticket for the Paul McCartney concert which was my dream to attend but sadly I couldn't attend because of life troubles and it just got downwards from there. Unfortunately I had to sell my ticket but after one month I still didn't get my money back. Even after I added all my data as a seller and sent photos from my id and bank statement the site just doesn't save it to the personal profile data and that's probably why I don't get paid back. There is no phone number for costumer support so if you need help fast good luck! After writing an email to the support explaining everything and sending the screenshots, it took them almost ONE full month for the support to recognise what the problem is and that I don't live in the UK and they told me that "they will be refunding me in a different currency. That's why they are now escalating this to their finance team as they'll need to process my refund manually, which will take 21 working days".
Has anybody outside of UK never bought a ticket and had sadly to sell it? I'm the first one ever to do it?? I can't believe that! Now is almost Christmas and new years eve and it means that it will take more than 2 months total to get my money back.
That's the worst costumer experience I ever had in my life. Total disrespect with the costumers and fans. Also the website doesn't work properly!
I will never buy anything from ticketmasters again!!

Honestly disgusting that ticketmasteruk "crashed" - AKA - Kicked everyone out to up their ticket prices!! Tickets on stubhubuk for 6.5k EACH. You should all be ashamed. Looks like only the rich will be attending, as usual. Forget about the honest working class eh? I wonder if idiot 'influenfers' will be gifted tickets by maybelline as they were along with other brands for the taylorswift concert. oasis robbing b*stards!! I'd have had my tickets if they didn't fake crash the site and up the prices!!!! My house was carnage when I got through the queues, got my tickets, went to check out and THE BROWSER CRASHED. Got put to the back behind 200k people after. I have emailed ticketmaster to complain that i was able to check out only to be kicked out and the site crash, losing my tickets due to them and recieved a poor email back with no apology stating all tickets are sold out. I WANT MY TICKETS.

Went on site at 8.15 am afternoon several hours of waiting finally got through.
After changing my password and receiving confirmation of this.
I am apparently a Bot and was suspended.
If you can't cope with the demand leave it to a site than can cope.
You have failed to offer a service that us fit for purpose.
I hope you get severely reprimanded for this from your governing body.
My experience of you is shocking.

Always Terrible, Its Always About Whats Best For Them
They were always a terrible company for tricking customers and it all being about "them" but the new "you must use our app or have internet on your phone to manage your tickets" just stinks and is likely to lead to many people being unable to go to gigs or who pay and then can't get in (which Ticketmaster won't give a damn about as they have their cash). It stinks. But is about what I expect from Ticketmaster. I now try ANY ticket vendor to avoid them, and don't go to the gig if I can't.

I have an account I have used for years. Not signed in for awhile so I attempted to sign back in creating a new password. It asked for a verification code via my mobile which I entered correctly and everytime I refreshed page and entered the number it didn't send the code. I emailed customer support as stupidly there isn't a number for the UK in which they told me my number isn't on the Acc. They gave me a code to sign in only for it to ask for my password reset. This isn't what I needed but did it anyways. I decided to created a new account under a different email. This doesn't work either. I contacted ticketmaster on twitter but they told me to email. Then I got frustrated and demanded they deactivate my account in which they said they can't and it has to be me that does it. So now i can't retrieve my tickets and I have wasted my time and my issue is still remained unfixed. I WILL NOT be using this ticket service again...ever. they didn't think ahead when they changed the security authentication as you log in. Completely unhelpful. I have been a customer of this company for years and never experienced anything Like it.

Have Not Receive Paymenf
I re-sell my taylor swift tickets on November 2023 in Ticketmaster UK website because I’m having personal problems and hardships.
Until today February 21,2024 I still haven’t received my money. I have submitted the necessary documents, I have also complete the Seller Details in their website on January 26,2024 and provided them with a new UK bank details but they still haven’t process my payment.
I asked fan support many times about this issue and they can’t provide a solution, they keep telling me to wait for an update.
This is making me very stressful, I’ve been having trouble sleeping because of this payment issue, and I read in reviews that many people don’t get their money back from their ticket re-sell.
Can anyone please share and help me get my money back?

Changed my seat the night before the event to cheaper seat right at the back of the venue and will not change my seats now as its the day of the event and will not refund me as the event isn't canceled

Shocking service all round, blunt answers when getting customer service, they never ever put the customer first and are a set of money grabbing you know whats.
Don’t waste your time with Ticketmaster use Skiddle instead.
Payed for VIP WEEKEND PARKLIFE TICKET in total came to £200 due to a payment plan (there is absolutely no need to add money on to a payment plan when you make enough as it is) couldn’t resell over twitter or TicketSwap as Ticketmaster made it next to impossible with the stupid barcodes they have brought out. Only option to resale is through Ticketmaster resell and it’s the biggest waste of time known to man, you will never get what you payed back because they add more money onto it once you list it for resale, after making even more on me doing a payment plan.
Then when I couldn’t make the event due to a close family funeral, when I couldn’t resell because of Ticketmasters resale section, they refused to refund me. They refused to refund a loyal customer for years. I told them I didn’t expect a full refund i only expect face value for the ticket none of the extra costs and they still wouldn’t comply. So I ended up transferring my ticket to someone for £75. Thanks Ticketmaster.
Uncaring And Appalling Company
The most uncaring and appalling customer service I've ever encountered. My son died in September. I asked for refund of unused Limp Biskit tickets (which has been postponed since 2020). After 14 messages, sending of ID and death certificate, I still have not got the promised refund. When I try to chase it up, they start from the beginning again with 'this is a past event' but concert has not happened nor has it been rescheduled since the last postponement. Agents do not read the previous messages and give incorrect responses and you are always answered by someone different so no continuity. They show no understanding of bereavement processes, insisting that refund needs to be made to the original card, which is not correct as account is frozen by bank. I found a complaints email address - which gives automated response saying complete a refund request on the website and takes you back to step 1. They don't give a damn once they've sold the ticket. This has now become a crusade on principle and I shall escalate this in as many forums as I can.

When are the Barry Manilow tickets available?
I ave £130's worth of Ticketmaster gift cards, and I can't spend them. Local theatres don't accept them, so you have to book through Ticketmaster themselves, and they have no availability on any show that I've wanted to see so far. Tickets will expire in March [that expiry-date - and no refunds after 14 days - is obviously an upset for a lot of people besides me]. I reckon this well-meant £130 gift from my friends is down the drain.
Who knows any good reasons to choose Ticketmaster when giving gift cards?
I booked tickets for Lee Evans 18/10/14 but have not received tickets. How can I find out when I will receive them. Thank you.
