Zero Stars Would Be More Appropriate
If zero stars was an option I would have taken that!
After booking Peter Kay tickets for a special occasion, we are extremely disappointed that the venue has had to cancel the event. The option of a day the following week has been given but we are unable to attend on that day due to work commitments.
So reluctantly we took the option to have the tickets refunded. We paid a total of £450 for our 6 tickets but have only been refunded £390! Plus we are out of pocket for the venue parking of £25! Sure this is not acceptable for something that was entirely out of our control
Further to me writing this review. Gigs and tours have been in touch and are refunding the full amount.

Pre Ordered Take That Album To Get Pre Sale Ticket
Pre ordered take that album to get pre sale tickets to Manchester! After a long que I got tickets on a3 next to stage at a cost of £244 a ticket . Today they have emailed to say they cocked up when advertising the seating plan and that block a3 was never there (next to stage ) and that everyone who paid same as me has been moved back to block a4 with now 16 rows in front of us! Where as a3 we paid for would only of been 2 rows . Absolutely shambolic. And I’ve read similar reviews and complaints that they’ve done this a good few times over the past few years ! Can’t get hold of them ! No customer service centre , all email contact and a 5 days wait for each reply . Giggs and tours are owned by sjm concerts now. Wish we had read all the reviews above before booking with them ! Take that you have let your loyal fans of over 25 years down by letting this company promote you !

Poor Couldn't Care Less Attitude
Absolutely hopeless, bought take that tickets of which the queue just kept me there I went on another browser got straight through. Cannot pick seats and the customer service team are useless and couldn't care less if you need help with them or moving seats or any requirements. They just want your money and please don't contact us again - why take that would use such a company I have no idea - 100% unless and couldn't care less about the fans. Wait for AXS to start selling

Worst Experience Ever
Worst ticket agent ever.
Paid top price for Cat 1 (best seats at venue allegedly) on day of release via there website which as others have said shows no seating plan at time of purchasing. When we got to the venue we had seats that had a very restricted view right at the very side of the stage. It totally ruined the show for us and I felt tricked after paying so much money. I emailed Customer support and had a reply a day later stating my issue was with the venue and not them. They however were the only official ticket agent and in my opinion should take responsibility. Never had any issues buying tickets from other agents before, these guys are the worst. Take your hard earned money and spend it with a reputable ticket seller.
15.06.23 Update.
Sent all proof they requested and still was told they would not offer any refund at all and said as it was a large event these things happen. Paid for top tier tickets and got a restricted side view. Buy your tickets from a reputable seller who has a seating plan at point of sale instead of these sham artists. Now claiming my money back via the credit card company who have said I have a clear case and have dealt with Gigs and tours on many occasions.

Immoral Refunds
I booked an event which was to be held at The O2 Brixton Academy in March 2023 and therefore could not go ahead. I paid £103.60 for 2 tickets including £4.30 refund protection. I received an email telling me the event was changed significantly by 4 months and to a different day of the week so I had to get a refund as I couldn't go anymore. I received just £82.50 in refunds and gigsandtours are refusing to pay me the £16.80 I am owed in booking fees, venue fees, transaction fees and some unknown loss of a further £2.50 somewhere. This is immoral. Please be aware when buying from gigsandtours that events changing, which is beyond your control, will incur an approx £20 loss to your refund despite getting refund protection.

They Don't Honour What The Artist Says
I was booked to see Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbot at the o2 on 17.12.22. Jacqui pulled out of the show due to ill health and Paul Heaton put out a statement that we could get a refund from our point of purchase specifically up until the performance. No deadline or restrictions to this offer were given. On 16.12.22 we decided it would significantly affect our enjoyment of the event so I asked gigs and tours to refund me. They did not get back to me until the day after the event 18.12.22 saying "Unfortunately your request for this order to be refunded has been refused. The refund deadline due to the significant changed to the event has now passed." It turns out they had self imposed a deadline of the 15th December, the day before we requested. I believe this is unfair and misleading as it is not what was said by Paul Heaton.This meant that We didn't go to the performance as we expected our request to be valid. So we missed out and have lost money on our tickets. We are also deeply frustrated by the lack of response from gigs and Tours to the numerous messages sent by us on the 16th and 17th. We are also frustrated that there is only one way to contact them and that is via their website. They say for an imminent performance they will get back to you before the performance, which they didn't, so we lost any opportunity to make use of or sell the tickets had we known our options ahead of time.

Changed Our Seats From Front To Back Of Areas
Booked Mrs browns boys and booked seats at the front then they change us to 2022 (fair enough because of covid) but then give us seats at the very back and have the cheek to say they are equivalent seats. I have emails to prove all of this.

Bad ratings are right. Do NOT use this service.
They're in this murky ground whwre they wont refund you, but also you cant resell. Additionally they DO NOT give you the tickets on time and won't say when.
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PURCHASING FROM THEM!!! LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!! THEY ARE TRUE!!!

I should of read the reviews before using gigs and tours!
No tickets arrived, two days before event I got an email saying collect tickets from the box office. It is then I read previous reviews and started to panic a bit.
All seemed to be going ok until ticket collection at venue, I ordered 3 standing tickets, and got 2 standing 1 seated!. Fortunately the venue let us all stand.
Message to gigs and tours. Get your act together, people are paying good money for a night out and mistakeslike this spoil things.
Based upon my personal experience I will not use you guys again.

I’ve been reading reviews and would like to know peoples recent encounters with Gigs And Tours. I’m wanting to order Little Mix tickets tomorrow and Gigs and Tours have the cheapest tickets. Would love to know if I can go forward with this purchase?
I have booked car parking for the Alfie Bow / Michael Ball concert on the 24th June. and have not received the car park voucher /. ticket as yet. I am away from tomorrow and not returning until the 22nd so need this sorted immediately - can you help me?
How do I complain?
I've been trying to call Gigs & Tours but I never get an answer, it just rings. I've also emailed 3 times also no answer, I have spent nearly £700 on tickets and would appreciate some sort of communication. What should I do?
I can't really offer any advice on this matter but I do sympathize with you, I had a pretty dreadful experience with this company some considerable time ago and gave a negative review. Now, numerous other people have also left negative reviews after suffering a similar fate.
Sorry I can't help. Hope you do get your tickets or at least your money back and the sooner this company go bust and cease trading, the better.
They are supposed to be offering a service, but only seem to bring heartache and disappointment.
For future reference, avoid at all costs.
How to get tickets for Michael Bolton presales?
I paid for tickets to James Arthur in May and now unfortunately I can't make it. I paid the £3 ticket refund when I booked the tickets so will I be able to get my money back and if so how do I do it?
