Never Buy A Kobe Product. My Wife Purchased A Tv/

NEVER BUY A KOBE PRODUCT. my wife purchased a tv/dvd from this company two years ago and they had a recall. - No doubt since it only lasted a week. They asked us to return the product which we did, and then they forgot about us. We cannot get our money back which speaks volumes against KOBE. Please save yourself the frustration and avoid their products!!!

I Bought Two Of These Units, And They Both Had The

I bought two of these units, and they both had the exact same problem. I could attach them to the home theater system or TV, and get video and sound, but I could not get any video on the LCD screen.

The issue was the switch that detects whether the lid is open or closed. Using a small knife blade, I was able to carefully move the switch to a position where the video immediately appeared, and was also turned off only when the lid was closed.

After that, both units have worked flawlessly.

I Was Looking To Purchase A Portable Dvd Player So

I was looking to purchase a portable DVD player so I could watch my collection of DVD's whilst 'er indoors watch's her programmes on our T.V.

I wasn't disappointed. It's a sleek looking machine not like some others in the marketplace that are bulky looking, and it plays all the formats currently available. For best sound quality use headphones.

Bought A Hitachi Pvd302 Initially And Took It Back

Bought a Hitachi PVD302 initially and took it back within an hour, picture was very poor and not what I'd expected. Thought long and hard about whether or not £200 was enough to buy a decent portable DVD and saw some decent reviews of the Kobe M270. Being a bit pesimistic about a make I'd never heard of I left it for a few days and then went for it at a local computer store. And what a difference to the Hitachi! The picture was amazing, even really close the colours are clear and there is very little pixelation. The sound through the speakers is weak, but with headphones or through a stereo / home cinema setup it is excellent, with support for Dolby Digital and DTS. The Kobe also looks great in silver and is nicely compact without the battery - however - attach the battery and it becomes considerably thicker and heavier. On the connectivity side of things I found it very useful to have audio / video in as well as out and it works well with my Xbox if others are using the TV. Overall though I'd have no hesitation in recommending this portable DVD to anyone on a budget and looking for a first entry into portable DVD.

The Kobe M270 Plays Multi Region Disks And Has A N

The Kobe M270 plays multi region disks and has a neat little remote control. Sound isn't too tinny but sounds ace when hooked up to something decent or a good pair of headphones.

The battery is a pig, it fit the first few times, once you've got used to it, it's not too bad. The open/close button is a REAL flimsy affair, I've had mine back already to get repaired under warrenty, I still cannot understand to this day why it did not open then, neither did the shop I bought it from and when it was returned repaired it started to turn the picture upside down of its own accord. All in all if you're not going to hammer it about it's well worth the cash, but if your an active sort maybe look for something more heavy duty.

Kobe M270 - I Was In The Market For A Budget-price

Kobe M270 - I was in the market for a budget-priced portable DVD player and spotted this little beauty at Richer Sounds in Glasgow. Even better it was reduced from an already amazing £179.00 to £149.00.

Puts many a more expensive model to shame.

Came complete with: - remote-control, mains charger, car-charger, audio/video leads.

Go on - buy one - you won't be disapppointed.
