Good Customer Service

I found these guys pretty helpful. Their team helped me when I needed. they always try to keep their customers satisfied in every sense. Their supportive staff makes them good. I really appreciate. But of you consider them price wise, they are no doubt little costlier than others but yes, I can recommend them for sure as they are good at providing the services. Best for their customers at least. That's the premium brand and their brand itself speaks for them. Any one or two bad review can make or shake any brand, their brand value keeps them at the top.

Whatever product I have used, was given good services and I again hereby tell my friends that their customer dealing is really very good.

Very Poor After Sales Experience Which Ignores Consumer Law

Having purchased a Sony VAIO directly from the Sony online store I assumed I was buying into a premium brand and would benefit from the quality and service that should entail. Unfortunately, having only had the VAIO for 6 weeks and only having used it a few times it has become apparent that there is an intermittent hardware fault related to its WIFI. Having searched the forums it appears to be a known and relatively common issue.

I advised Sony of my problem and requested a refund/replacement as the machine was not as described or fit for purpose. I received a blunt and impolite response informing me that my only entitlement is to return the laptop to Sony so they can attempt to repair the machine. I am now left having the inconvenience of having to be without the machine and wish I could simply get my money back.

I accept that thing go wrong with purchases, but when they do the important thing is how you are dealt with as a consumer. I expect to be dealt with fairly and politely but Sony clearly has other ideas.

If I had known prior to purchase how Sony treat their customers when things do go wrong, when you really need a company to step up, I would never have bought a Sony VAIO. Having had these experiences I will not be purchasing any Sony products again.

Never Ever Again

I am disapointed with the repair centre I bought a phone for my 21 birthday the ammount £189.99 it my birthday phone4u that ok and they were very nice people but after a while of having the phone the charger didnt work and the phone cept getting really hot to touch I took it back to phone4u and they had a look at it and told me that the didnt work the connection bit appeared not to be in the phone but they didnt know why the phone kept boiling hot they told me to give it to the repair centre and gave me the place of repair centre, my mum gave it away it took about 3 week to get back when I finely gotit back it was ok and I got free of charge as I didnt damage it even though they told me I did. A few month had gone and the charger didn`t work again mum gave it back and they couldn't fix it they gave me a replacement that was in appauling condition than the original with a loose connection and lot of mark, I defently wont be recommending it to anyone and will be demanding them for my money back, I cant get my money back why it dont have a code with the phone they gave me

Too Costly

I bought a SONY xpriaV at SONY CENTRE, JURONG POINT, Singapore for $589 on Friday night 9’O clock. For this price, the sales man gave build up that the price is $689 but, now they are giving offer price. I also trusted them and bought a phone. The next morning I went to IMM Singapore with my friend for purchase some thing. On the way I saw SONY STORE at IMM. We entered and just asked them that What is the Price of SONY Xperia V. He told $528 sir. I shocked. Because that lost night I paid $70 more for same phone. Straight away I came back to SONY CENTRE JURONG POINT and I asked them “why this difference”. They replied, “Sir, that is SONY STORE, this is SONY CENTER”. They told the $70 difference is for the WORD- CENTRE and STORE. Any can accept this reason?

Be Careful Which Shop You Go Too.

6 months ago I was looking round everywhere for a Sony Nex 5n camera. I finally decided on Digital Camera Warehouse, but was told their was delays because of flooding in Asia. So I waited for a month, at which time I decided to buy a tv.

I went to the Sony Center in Melbourne CDB & found out they were selling as low as half price because of new stock & models coming in. I bought their best Surround Sound System & their best 55 inch LED tv for $2,420, when originally the sound system was $799 & tv $3499, A massive saving. I then said I was interested in the Sony Nex 5n camera & they said they could better the price by $100 & discount the lenses even lower than anyone. All up I paid less than $3,500,instead of more than $6K. I also got extras free, a Skype camera($199), 2 HMDI cords for 3D $79 each) & 2 3D Blu Rays discs!

Yes I know they got some great sales that week, but they treated me very well because of it, I recommend them before anyone for Sony gear, getting the camera in faster than anyone also. They also connected me up with their manager of promotions & I have been given entry to events also!

After that wonderful story, recently I went to Prahran Sony Center & was treated very badly, like a fool & given the wrong accessories for my camera. He gave me a plastic cover for my touch screen, instead of a foil for quarter the price.

Moral of the story, if your buying big make sure you get the right salesperson & buy at the right time of year! I also test the sales by walking round looking & ask questions to test their helpfulness.

Absysmal Service

I went into the sony centre in Shawlands Glasgow to pick up a sony smart offers claim form as directed by the sony website and was refused it as i had not purchased the item from them. I was told I had to download from their website when i queried that the same website said I could pick it up instore they said they would have to check themselves. When I phoned later to tell them I double checked the website myself they hung up on me even though I was perfectly polite about it I find this behaviour shocking and pathetic and will never go there again and would seriously question buying another sony product again

If you didn't buy from them in the first place, why would you say you will never go back?? I got my TV from them and the claim form they gave me allowed me to choose £100 cash back or £150 of instore vouchers (voucher deal for instore purchases only). I would imagine they couldn't hand out a form offering vouchers if you hadn't purchased in store? I would definetly go back, staff nice and know their stuff! GREAT SERVICE!

Great Products - Extremely Poor After Sales Service

The product is great, Sony is a quality product. However, this shop has poor service. Took 4 visits to get my promised 2 year guarantee registered. Promised one year free Mcafee software. Keep getting excuses like we have had to re-order, so you will get it after your free 30 day period has run out - (I'm not confident!)
