Tv Ad Is Disgusting
Don’t know where to write this, but hope your marketing team is checking comments. Your TV campaign with the roast turkey dancing is an insult to the poor turkeys. Please be more respectful of the living creatures which we consume for our pleasure. I eat turkey and I’m not a fanatic about not eating meat or poultry but we must respect living creatures, and this tv campaign is badly judged on that front. It may alienate audiences.

I’ve been with park a while and to be honest been pleased with what I ordered. I never have hampers because I think they are a waste of money, as always most expensive stuff and a lot of things we would never use, however I have always ordered the mastercards and found them really good, this year I thought I had ordered £700 on the mastercards, I received £375 on the mastercards and £325 on the love to shop. When I rang customer services I was told that an order had been put on for a combi, I have never ordered the love to shop because I don’t like them and they are not shops I would use. I know I did not order them. Customer services said they could not change it because I had spent some on the master card. And if they were able to change it they would charge me £40 to do it. However I could change it for an online MasterCard, one that I can spend anywhere only online but they would charge me 10%, there is another one (that don’t charge you) but can only spend it at limited online shops similar to that of love2shop. Or I could change it to an E voucher but again only limited range of shops similar to love2shop.
Customer service said it would it would take 15 mins to receive an email to tell me the above, and if I wasn’t happy and if I disagreed then to ring them back (although it took me 20 minutes to get through to actually speak to someone initially) and then took half an hour for the email to come through. Tried to ring back and they were closed until Monday. Whichever way I do things I’m going to be losing money. I have attempted to look on the park App to see what I actually ordered but it only tells me the amount not the order. So absolutely disgusted, will never be using park again
Lost Card
Been a regular customer for Park over the past few years, Ordered the gift cards for JD sports Love2 Shop and Tesco vouchers. Lost my JD card with £100 on reported to Park through Customer Service team was told my card still had full balance on. Was told nothing could be done and I have to stand to it, the card could have been cancelled but would not receive a replacement feel deverstated after saving all year, Not wiiing to help at all never again. customer service was rubbish very disappointed

I have been saving with park for about last 3 years, don't know what i would do without them.Staff are friendly and so helpful, I will always save with park :-)
Disappointed With Mastercards
Went for the Prefilled Mastercards this year and im so sorry I bothered and to add insult to injury I was charge for the privilege (which I knew I would be). Four cards where gifts the rest for shopping, but after being embarrassed several times while I was shopping with my card and NOT being able to use it I had to rethink the others as I didn't my grandchildren being embarrassed. I ended up keeping the cards myself and giving cash instead. Would strongly advise not to choose these cards. I've opened a savings account instead. The vouchers are fine but I just wanted to be a little more flexible this year. Thankfully I use Iceland a lot and they have been used there.

Ruined Our Christmas
As four family members we made payments from February 2017, when our vouchers finally arrived mid November
We was shocked to find had only been sent £641, we was expecting over £2000. Called customer service who said they had no idea why this had happened but all she could do was have a cheque sent out for £217 and have remaining vouchers sent but probably wouldn’t arrive before Christmas. Cheque arrived mid December but as of today, 8th Jan 2018, still no vouchers!!
Thought saving with Park would ease the Christmas stress but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I would expect a better service from a long running company. It’s been a very stressful and disappointing experience, that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Disappointed With Park This Year
I had a terrible year my daughter she had to have 6 months of school due to illness,I missed two payments but mad little payments to catch up,when I received my vouchers to which I ordered cards they were sent in a huge bag with single £10 vouchers not in a booklet as you can imagine they were all over the place,when I phoned customer care line I was told because I missed two payments they sent me out the single vouchers because that’s what they do so they penalised me for missing payments,I have used park hamper for 20 years and never had a problem I’m so disgusted with them I will never use them again.

Has anyone had an account hacked? My vouchers about to be delivered and it won’t let me log in or reset password. It even let me set up a new account with my existing email so that’s been changed too.
If I wanted to cancel, will I have to pay a penalty?
Can you tell me why the sportsdirect gift card I got last year (2016) has expired on 1 October 2017???
