I have been a Cloncom customer for 10 years. I recently made 2 calls to a UK Bank of about 10 mins each. I have their Ultra Saver Card & for a simple UK call from the US the rate should be .94c/min. The cost for the 2 calls should have been $2.91. After requesting my log they supplied it after a long delay which revealed I was charged instead $14.95 for the calls. I appealed the charge & was told it had been referred to the Technical Dept.Then I heard the charge was in order. I asked for details & was told again the charge was in order. No details were supplied.

Having used this company before, I thought I would recharge the card and use them again. Having placed the order, Cloncom took the money and my order stayed in a 'verification needed' state. I found it difficult to get Cloncom to respond to email, phone calls.

I would not recommend anyone to lose their money, so stay away from Cloncom if you like keeping your hard-earned cash.

I purchased a $10 calling card, and they charged my bank card $30 3 days later without me authorizing. I've had to call my bank and cancel my debit card. Such a mess and waste of time for people. save your money, don't get ripped off and your time for having to clean up the mess with bad activities. Horrible people behind this!!

They will charge you without your permission *after* you turn off that feature. It automatically turns itself back on to increase their revenue. They're no fools. Losing customers doesn't matter if they can keep luring in and tricking new ones.

This Company promise you a lot, but it doesn't work. We purchased a calling card for our holiday in the USA. We are from the Netherlands and we thought by using this card we could save money, but the opposite happened. It has cost us a lot more. We used our mobile phone and the access code from the cloncom site and back in Holland receicved a very high bill for phone costs. We tried to contact cloncom but they didn't respond back.

Wat is worst; today I found out that our creditcard was billed again and I did not give any permission for such action!

Furthermore the information on the site of cloncom is very unclear and in mine opinion hard to understand. My English is good, so thats not the problem.

So no I would never ever use cloncom again let alone recommend it to a friend.

problem on my credit card was traced to an application to Cloncom. They apparently charged a hack to verify MY card was a valid card number. What a disgusting service provided.

I gave them $22.00 to open an account ($2.00 to open the account, and $20 credit for phone calls), and then tried to use it for the first time; they claim I have a balance of $0 as of this afternoon. In other words, they have just stolen $20 from me. I have called my credit card company to turn them off, but whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. 

This company was taking money out of my account you can't reach them at all do not buy any cards from this website..warning to u they double dip in your account

This company charged my account $30 every month and I didn't know! When I found out I wrote them and asked for a refund. They gave me a refund but they also took the $28.50 I had in my account previously.

I asked them to return the $28.50 and they ignored me and never gave me my money back! They won't respond to my emails and there is no way to contact them by phone.

You can only contact them by email. I emailed "Corporate" and no one responded either! Don't use this company!

I have used Cloncom for two years since they advertise low rates. Their rates are misleading, and not as stated. Additionally, if you enable Cloncom to recharge your account if it runs low, Cloncom will recharge your account 3 to 5 times more the amount than you approved. I allow them to recharge $30 when needed. They continuously charge me 3 x $30 increments or 5 x $30 increments. Don't bother with this company. They will take your money!!!
