We Bought This As A Mini Player The Kids Could Use

We bought this as a mini player the kids could use. After about 7 months it stopped recognising original DVD's & Audio discs but still recognised mp3 discs.

Now we are lucky if we get a whir out of it when we turn it on.

Recommend to a friend?? Wouldn't give one to my enemies

The Durabrand Dvd-1000 Dvd Player Is Not Bad For T

The Durabrand DVD-1000 DVD player is not bad for the money, but don't expect it to last! Mine broke down. For some reason it now can not read any discs, although I have had it for over a year it has hardly been used. I am not too happy! I guess you get what you pay for!

I Found This Dvd Player In Asda For £25.00 A

I found this DVD player in Asda for £25.00 and bought it as a replacement for my Alba DVD45 which was just over a year old when it broke down. I am VERY pleased with the durabrand dvd-1000, it plays all media flawlessly, VCD, DVD, DVD-/+R etc and the image/sound quality is good. The size of this player is fantastic, and the quality also.

Spotted This Tiny Little Duraband Dvd 1000 Player

Spotted this tiny little Duraband DVD 1000 player in Asda for £25.00.

It's brill for a mobile DVD (No Screen), got it as a spare that I can float around from room to room, kids love it now they can watch DVD'S anywhere (as long as there is a TV! ABOUT). Connect via scart lead.

Good 2nd Dvd player and cheap & small (Dimension's APPROX 7" X 10").

Will add hack if & when one is known.

Thank you Peanut42 - noted your hack and it works - even my 72 year old mum can do it. Brill!

Great little machine but I am desperate for the unlock code to play a recently purchased US DVD. Can anyone help, please?

peanut42

Hack is..... open the lid. press stop on remote then enter 2379. this will give the opportunity to change region select by cursors preferably region 0 and press ok. Player will now play any region.
