I Was Given A Sandisk Digital Mp3 Audio Player For

I was given a SanDisk Digital MP3 Audio Player for Christmas, having selected it after looking at the reviews of everything from the Olympus M:robe to the iPod; neither of which seems entirely satisfactory. The SanDisk takes a AAA battery (I bought rechargeables for it), and claims up to 18 hours from a battery. This compares brilliantly with the big boys like the iPod, for which battery life is a real issue. With the SanDisk, when it runs out you just put in another one.

In the fashion stakes it doesn't claim to look sexy but rather functional. My SanDisk will not generally be on view in any case.

As I write this, I am listening to a King Creosote CD which I have just ripped and copied onto it. The SanDisk does the Fence Collectives finest justice! I am heading off for a ski holiday in the USA in a couple of days, and it should help the trip to Salt Lake City go a little more quickly. Now to create a Classical folder and put on some Beethoven and Mozart!

This tiny machine is a great buy. Search online and it can be found for under £80 delivered. Mine came from PicStop, ordered at 4.00pm, delivered in Scotland at 11.00am the following day; not bad! I wouldn't normally mention the source but the price and service were both outstanding.

I Have The 1gb Player. The Audio Quality Is Not S

I have the 1GB player. The audio quality is not so good, but we are talking about a tiny MP3 player to use while you are on the road. In this case, it is good enough. If you want quality, do not listen to MP3, use your amp with your big speakers at home.

FM is fine. Voice recording is poor (low volume and quality).

A "must" - change the bundled earphones. I've replaced them with the Sennhesier Mx-300, (cheap, but much better. More bass, and better quality). Don't waste your money with a better/more expensive set of headphones/earphones, (not sure it would be worth the expense with this player). Just do not use the bundled.

I Just Bought The 128 Mb Version Of Sandisk Mp3 Pl

I just bought the 128 mb version of SanDisk mp3 player for 60 dollars and I am pleased at what I got for my money. I would have been happy with just the mp3 player but then it has voice record and digital fm radio wich was cool when I had no music on it and I wasnt near a computer.

Don't Be Turned Off The First Time You Turn On The

Don't be turned off the first time you turn on the SanDisk Digital Audio Player. Make sure to turn the equalizer to ROCK setting and audio will be fine.

I paid $196 for it plus theres a 30 dollar mail rebate so it will come out to be around $165. This player is tiny, comes with armband, works very well for working out. The AAA battery lasts about 15 hours. Player shows up as removable device in windows so transerfering is very simple except for the usb adapter cable you have to drag along with you if you want to transfer files to someone outside of your house.

The screen is faily easy to read. Finding songs, changing volume is all easy thanks to the joystick. The easrbuds that come with it are ample since the audio quality of the machine itself is not top of the line.

My main gripe is the low bass effect. I'm used to heavy, ear throbbing base from other players and from my home audio system. There is a small effect, enough to get me by but not enough to make me dance, haha.

The menu takes some time to get used to but you will not be needing it much anyway so that is a only a minor issue.

I haven't really tested the microphone or FM tuner but both seem to be working fine.

I Received The 512mb Version Of The Sandisk Digita

I received the 512mb version of the SanDisk Digital Audio Player mp3 player for Christmas, and must say I am overall rather pleased. The audio quality is excellent and the device is also fairly loud. Navigational controls are fairly simple to use, however the joystick is a little small when considering it functions as both volume and track advance controls. The FM tuner is great as is the voice recording mic, up to 35min of quality audio on this device. My only gripe is with the extra cable you need to attach the player to a USB port and the junky stock headphones which come with it. One good things I stumbled upon however is that you do not need a driver for the device, simply plug it in (tried it on a MAC and PC). Additionally, the device does function as a flash drive.
