Replacement/spares

As chicco/Artasana only sell the set as a whole it is impossible to get spare parts, e.g. I tried to order another chassis (white) and they told me that it was only sold as a set.

Be Sure Before You Buy!

I brought the Living Trio speacail edition white label, for my unborn baby that is due Jan 2012.

I am a bit dissapointed due to the description, The Buggy and everything is supposed to be all white with silvery trimmings, when it arrived the silvery trimmings were actully a dusty pink!

This Buggy will be no good if I have a boy!

I would like to have known it was pink before my purchase.

Also the instruction are very difficult to read so you do have to take a good 15 minutes to leave to assemble thing by youself

On the good side its a beautiful pushchair for a little girl and the materal is white but cleans up easily with a damp cloth.

I do love the system as it is easy to assemble, it closes with no difficulty, and even came with a bonus baby carrier.

would recomemend this to a friend!

A Bit Dissapointed...

I have bought this travel system hoping I will not have to buy another pushchair or stroller later. Unfortunately, I am now desperately searching the web in order to find something for my 15 months old daughter.

PROS:

-3 in 1 is good up until the point when your baby becomes a toddler

-sturdy pram/carry cot, good quality material

-the carry cot can be used (with accessories bought separately) in the car for long journeys for babies under 6 months old.

-nice design

-easy to switch components on the chassis

-the pushchair stands on its own when folded.

-both parent facing and forward facing positions

CONS:

-heavy car seat/baby carrier

-heavy carry cot

-rain covers... absolutely useless

-the pushchair is too narrow and squashed my daughter from the age of 9 months!!! This pushchair is advertised to last until the age of 3!!! This is now the reason I have to buy a new one after I initially paid for the whole travel system over £500!!

In conclusion I do not think this was value for money and if I knew that I will use it with very much difficulty once my daughter turns 8-9 months old… I would not have bought it in the first place…. Shame, I quite like Chicco products but this time around, I think the pushchair let the whole product down..

The Chicco Was The Best Pram I Ever Brought!! I Br

THE CHICCO WAS THE BEST PRAM I EVER BROUGHT!! I BROUGHT ITIN 2008 FOR MY SON AND IT HAD EVERYTHING THE CARSEAT THE CARRYCOT ETC. IT DID GREAT GETTING OVER ALL TYPES OF SURFACES. IT NEVER GOT STUCK IN THE SAND, IT WOULD GET ARCOSS WET GRASS, IT COULD DO ALOT. IT FITTED IN THE CAR VERY WELL. THE ONLY TINGWAS THE WHEELS WOULDGET DIRTY AROUND THE BRAKES BUT THEN I FOUND OUT CAN TAKE THE WHEELS OFF AND CLEAN PROPALY WHICH IS GREAT KEEPS THE BRAKES GOOD ASWELL.

I GOT PREG 1YEAR AND HALF AFTER I HAD MY SON AND I STILL USE THE PRAM NOW, AND IT STILL LOOKS NEW, AND ITS STILL AS GOOD AS THE 1ST TIME I USED IT, I WISH WOULDV GOT A DARKER COLOUR INSTEAD OF WHITE AND GREY, APART FROM THAT I WAS VERY HAPPY WTH THE PRAM AND I WOULD BUY THE NEW LIMTED ED.

Overal Very Disappointed Had To Buy Another Stroll

Overal very disappointed had to buy another stroller for our six month old.

Wheels fall off, frame rattles, hood keeps falling down, too narrow for our baby at five months, and heavy. Chicco just blame the retailer when you try to give them feedback when its a poor design. Wouldnt recommend, stay well clear at £500 a rip off.

Chicco Trio For Me: Excellent Pram, Although It Ne

Chicco Trio for me: excellent pram, although it needs an umbrella since the hood is a bit small. very convenient hood of stroller seat. bag of satisfactory size. too small front wheels. hard handles. a little too heavy when the baby faces the mother. it looks light and handy but it's a bit tough to maneuver. no absorbers. the bag under the seat is not easily accessible. very heavy car seat - difficult to use as a bouncer - with a too little hood. generally not convenient if it is to be used for long every day.

I Bought The Chicco Trio For Me As I Liked The Des

I bought the chicco trio for me as I liked the design, my daughter has Down syndrome so I wanted a pushchair that would provide her with enough support if it took her longer to sit and walk.

Sadly this pushchair has been a waste of money. The design is great but the manufacture is appalling, the wheels have fallen off in town, the frame is rickety and it is not up to the job. I walk every day with the pram and would expect it to be sturdy enough for this, but now at less than two years old it is falling apart.

My daughter is nearly two and not walking so I need a buggy for a good while yet and the chicco was sold to me as it would do up to 4 years, again the design would but the quality won't. Very diappointed.

I Bought The Chicco Trio 4 Me Due To It Being Appa

I bought the Chicco Trio 4 Me due to it being apparently light weight and simple to use. I REGRET buying it and at this moment would get rid if I had the money. The pram/cot part was good enough but the brittle plastic holding the hood up snapped and the store (and Chicco alleges the store) could not repair it without the hood being permanently jammed in the upright position. Also the chassis part is very very flimsy and cannot even take a tiny bump up a little raised pavement. I have to stop and tip the pram backwards to get about most of the time. After a caesarean this is not what you want to be doing. It's like a childs play pram. The pram rain cover (bought separately) leaked at the seams. The cheap carseat raincover I bought on ebay for the car seat was fine. I am now using the buggy part and this is even more cheap and nasty. Trying to fold down, lift and get in the boot of the car is not simple with the buggy attachment. My biggest gripe now is the raincover provided for the buggy. It is absolutely the most useless "raincover". It doesn't actually cover the buggy, sides, babies legs or the canopy (which leaks). It doesn't even protect from light showers. I am on the internet this evening trying desperately to try and find any raincover that will actually protect my baby from the rain. I just can't wait for the winter when the cosy leg warmer part will get soaked. What an absolute waste of money and I would never ever recommend to anyone. My advice would be: "do not buy it, even at half the price"

I Have Had My Chicco For Over A Year And Love It.

i have had my chicco for over a year and love it. As someone who has no strength i choose chicco as it was light weight and easy to lift in and out for the car and for me the best overall as its the car seat, pram and buggy all in one. Also great value as my parents only paid £300 from Kiddiecare.

I understand the reviews that this is not a ideal "walking" pram but if like me you are walking pavements, paths etc i found no problems. My son is now 13 months and i still use the buggy section Chicco where as my friends with similiar aged kids have bought another buggy as their larger 3 in 1's are now too heavy.
