Happy With The Service
As we were flying out of Birmingham airport, we were looking for a way to get to the airport and decided to take the car. So we looked for a place to park, we were very sceptical in leaving our car, but after reading the reviews about airparks we decided to give it a go. All in all we were very happy with the service we received, after finding the battery was flat on our return. They jumped started the car at not extra charge too ourselves, even though it was pouring with rain. Many thanks for their service, keep up the good work.

We recently left our car (with our car key)to be parked, along with a wallet containing £250 hidden under the drivers seat along with our house key because we didn't need to take these items on holiday. On returning to our car there was no money in the wallet other than a few coins. This was reported to Airparks and the police. Apparently there was no CCTV footage showing any reason for this. The fact remains, there was £250 in the wallet when we left the car and it was not there when we returned.

Damaged Car!
My car was returned to me damaged when parked at Birmingham Airparks during autumn half-term. It was parked in a badly lit area at the end of an aisle when I collected it. The area was tight for cars turning and I believe the side of my car got hit some time during the week. It was 9.30pm and raining when I collected my car. I glanced in the gloom with my phone torch but did not spot the damage until the following morning when I reported it. (At 9am.) Airparks were not interested. They told me I had to report all damage before leaving the compound. I strongly suggest customers repark their car in the well-lit compound by the reception and check their car before leaving so they are not left with such an unpleasant experience. All a bit of a bother after a long flight. I have never had any problems with ACP and have used them for 20 years. They do not allow customers to collect their cars from where the car has been 'stowed'. They bring your car to the forecourt for collection. A much better system that avoids what happened to me. This was my first and last experience with Airparks. It may be cheaper (by pennies) but it has worked out expensive and disappointing for me. They will not let me leave a review either- bit telling.

Watch Out For You Loose Change!
Discovered as I drove home that my change for parking had seriously reduced whilst I was away. Cleverly the person who had removed it had left just enough change so I normally wouldn't have noticed - but they moved something else to get a it. The company were not interested, said that it was left at my own risk and that if I reported it to the police then they would of course assist them. I would have thought most self respecting companies would want to investigate the fact that they may have someone untrustworthy on their staff.

I would like to thank all the staff at Airparks for fantastic friendly service on September 30th 2014 at 0500hrs, you all went above and beyond my expectations and I really wanted to thank you all for your kindness of directions when I couldn't find you and secondly Bev for dropping me to the airport I was sure I was going to miss my flight... I didn't and I have you and your team so a Big thank you to you all

Don't Even Bother !!!!
Used air park Birmingham recently and would not recommend to anyone. Returned from holiday to find out the keys to my brand new car had been lost. I arrived at the desk to collect my car to be told I would need to be spoken to by the supervisor, after a 5 minute wait I was then informed that my keys to my car had been lost. Obviously I was not amused with this news, they had failed to contact me previous to my return and then could not even have the balls to tell me why my car could not be returned. They had booked us a hire car which was in replacement to my 4x4 in the form of a fiesta. They could not comprehend the severity of the fact my keys had vanished nor the fact myself, partner, 2 children and 4 suitcases needed to fit in the car they had supplied. Very poor service indeed. Lets hope they redeem themselves by footing the bill for replacement locks, loss of earnings and the distress caused to my children !!!!!!

Not Impressed - Absolute Rubbish!
Just parked at mackadown lane whilst we went away. It's the second time I've used this site but will not be using it again!
When trying to get a bus at 0130, to find you are probably 60th in a queue and not a hope in getting on this bus! Absolutely rammed. With 3 kids, 1 being under 2 and 1 in a wheelchair, being left waiting for next bus wasn't an option. Jumped on and left children and husband at airport to go and collect car. People standing in aisles and I was stood next to driver for journey, safe!
(Airparks take your flight number on booking so don't know why they can't calculate whether they need to run extra buses when they have an influx of users. Or even run their buses every 15 mins.)
Driver appeared to take a completely different journey to the quickest route. Journey took nearly 25 mins when it took just over 10 mins to return back to airport!
Got to airparks. Office staff were really unhelpful. Someone was faffing about with paperwork trying to book in. Driver was on open mic on radio requesting additional bus as loads of people still waiting for bus. All office staff could do was say things like "yeah, yeah" and "wish he would shut up"'. Really helpful and really professional!
Finally got my keys to be told I was in row M. "Row J is signposted, walk 3 up and you're in row M". So walks up to row M, searching for my car in the pitch black. Couldn't find it. Presses fob. Lights flash. It's 2 rows the other way in row K!!!!!
Have come to the conclusion they're trying to persuade everybody in to their meet and greet service. Was offered it myself and they were trying to sell to all dropping their cars off.
Didn't pay a great deal to park there. Lesson learnt for the future. Will definitely pay that bit extra and park a bit nearer the airport or with panother company!

Returned to find my car battery had been fully drained, scratches around the car and driver side window developing a fault.
To top it off the management of any complaint is simply to ignore the customer.
I sincerely advise everyone to find alternative parking arrangements.
N.B I will mention as well that this is my first complaint of any kind and is completely out of character for me.

We returned to find our car with all four windows open! A few miles along once it had warmed up there was the very distinct smell of cigarette smoke!
After a 19 hour delay we really could not be bothered to drive back but they have so far not even had the courtesy to reply to my complaint email.
If you value your vehicle, do not leave it with this bunch!
