Total Disaster And Would Never Go There Again. Sta
Total disaster and would never go there again. Started with dirty, sticky plastic tablecloth. The waiter said they dont serve shandies so proceeded to bring 5 opened beers in a bucket instead of l shandy. His excuse was he doesnt speak English. One Americano was ordered with milk. One Americano arrived but no milk. By the time the milk was brought up the coffee was cold. one glass was dirty with lipstick on. After an hour one meal was served and as it was placed on the table, all the chips slid off onto the table. Two people had the wrong meals. Garlic bread was ordered and plain arrived. Everyone ate their meals and the dirty plates were being cleared but the 30th birthday girl was still waiting for her meal. Because we complained the waitress told us we were the worst people she ever served. The bills came and we hadnt been asked if we wanted desserts. The waitress told us she wasnt a mind reader. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN would we or our friends go there again. As we cant give zero stars we have had to reluctantly give them one.

- Attrocious Service At Dig In The Ribs!!! -
- Attrocious service at Dig in the Ribs!!!
- Extremely long waiting times
- Low standard food
- Staff is obsessed by the till -regularly there were 5 (!) staff members gathegazing obsessively at it as if it were the Oracle of Delphi - much to disgust of all customers who were desperately trying to catch their eye.
- Our waitress prioritised lengthy invoice transaction instead of handing us utensils with which to eat our dinner (had to walk twice to bar to actually get them by which time our food had nearly gone cold) (not an improvement).. First time in 20 years I have paid a bill exactly to the penny (I used to be a waitress).

What Happened To Dig In The Ribs? I Used To Be A R
What happened to Dig in the Ribs? I used to be a regular for years, but felt disappointed on my last visit. Prices seemed to have gone up, but what really annoyed me was the service charge of 12% over and above already high prices. The food used to be good, but had deteriorated. Do they have a new chef? Slow and indifferent service completed my judgement that that this was our last visit.
