Return To North Cyprus
Having travelled to north Cyprus in September 2018 to Kaya Atemis and had incredible service and value from Cyprus paradise holidays made a further visit to same hotel and location in June 2019 and had the same top quality service again.
Customer services are fantastic and doubts or queries are handled professionally and promptly.
I am returning again in September this year along with the same party of friends and we are staying at the Limak so I will be reviewing the new hotel on my return .
The quality of service ,transfers,hotel and resort everything you require . Standard of hotel top quality rooms,food,pools,beach and comfort .
Quiet surrounding area need car to explore but for those who need a holiday to relax unwind have a choice of food pools and entertainment including night club and all night casino all in one fantastic complex you cannot go wrong with booking with Cyprus Paradise
Awful
We booked our holiday at Salamis Bay Conti 5 months before travelling
One week before travelling we were told our flights were no longer available ( they had beeen cancelled)
They offered alternative flights but we would have to pay an extra £150
We did not want the alternative flights as this would mean us getting up at 4am for our return pick up to the airport and did not feel we should have to pay another £150.
So we asked if we could cancel our holiday and have a refund.
We was told we could have a refund on our flights and find our own flights but would still have to pay for the hotel.
Or we could have a flight with the original airline and have a 9hr wait at Ercan airport.
So we had no choice but to pay the money.
Also we was not informed of the building work going on at the hotel, They are building another hotel beside the Salamis and work started on this every morning at 7.15am even on a Sunday.
I would defiantly not use or recommend Cyprus Paradise.
Terrible Customer Service
My boyfriend booked the British hotel through ‘Cyprus Paradise’ holidays, do not stay here and do not book with Cyprus Paradise! Grumpy old owner who doesn’t smile, room had wallpaper hanging off the walls, damp patches and bed linen/towels with holes in! We told Cyprus Paradise we weren’t happy and to be fair they moved us to a better room, the only problem was it was on the fourth floor and the decrepit lift was out of order, which would have been ok but my boyfriend has mobility issues with his right leg. We then decided to stay - at our expense- in a much better hotel around the corner for the last night, we contacted Engin from Cyprus Paradise as a courtesy to let him know that we would need the airport transfer from the Kyrenia Palace 200 yards down the road (we had paid in full and weren’t asking for anything other than that) and he went ballistic telling us we have to pay him 55 euros or we won’t get our transfer! Outrageously terrible customer service!! They should have moved us at their expense and been apologetic, instead we were shouted at, told we owed them more money and were left wondering until the last minute if we had our transfer back to the airport (which we had paid for!)
Very Much Profit Before People, Think Twice Before Booking
We booked to go to Pia Bella in Kyrenia Northern Cyprus,what a disaster. We’ve been here before and flown direct to Ercan without having to have plane transfers. Not this time, our flight from Manchester was delayed so we missed our connecting flight in Istanbul. No one to tell us what to do, even eventually got another flight only to find no one at Ercan to meet us plus one of our cases was missing. Got private taxi to hotel. Next day saw Rep, who wasn’t really concerned and told us not to worry because if our case wasn’t with us after 48 hours we could claim up to £150. for clothing and toiletries on our insurance not Cyprus Paradise. Hotel were great, kept on phoning airport and eventually told us our case was on its way 24 hours later. There was at least10 other people who had luggage delays on different flights and Cyprus Paradise didn’t seem to care. Why didn’t the travel company advise prior to booking there were transfers involved and there was a high risk of your baggage going missing with Turkish Airlines. Then on our return flight to Manchester found that once again one of our cases was missing. After filling out numerous forms our case arrived 26 hours later with security strap missing. Have since found out that Cyprus Paradise Holidays knew there was a risk of baggage delays and choose not to tell people prior to them booking holidays. WIll never use this holiday company again nor fly with Turkey Airines again..The are both a disgrace to the travel industry
Best Holiday Company I Have Ever Used!
I booked my holiday with Cyprusparadise, all i can say is the service has been faultless and they were cheaper than other agents! The staff are so helpful, would i book with them again and would i highly recommend them? A most definate big YES. Thank u to all the staff for all u did to ensure my holiday has been great!
Beware Diamond Factory
we recently had a week in kirenia, although we found that the hotel was actually about 7 km from the town, but it was ok although there was not much to do in the evening, but we were taken on a "free" trip to Nicosia and we were told that we visit a "diamond" factory on the way back for an hour and a half, we were given a short talk on the investment benefits of certain stones especially tanzenite, we then entered the showroom where my wife was subjected to an hour of high pressure selling by 2 sales men in very expensive suits, we finally managed to escape them without a purchase. on returning to uk we checked the prices we had been quoted and were shocked to find that they were about one tenth of diamond factory price. I feel this bad news for cyprus paradise image as we have found them very good value.

Hotel Noisey
We were at the hotel pia Bella from the 28 may 2017 for 2 weeks. The hotel it's self was great we can not falt the service and cleanness, but the road outside is very bissy, our complaint thought is that we were not informed by Cyprus paradise before we booked that the dining room was under refurbishment and this meant nose and dust from first thing in the morning till some days 9oclock at night Saturday and Sundays included. When we asked the hotel manager why it had not been done out of season is replying was because of the rain, which in a country that does not have rain every month seemed a very poor excuses, and they could have coved it with tarpaulin and got the job done with out disrupting people's holidays who had payed good money to stay there, it would have been only right for us to be informed by Cyprus paradise about the
work going on so we could have changed hotels if we wished .

Transfer Disaster
We have just returned from our first holiday booked with Cyprus Paradise. We stayed in the Villa Amythest,which is also marketed by Amy Villas as Palm View Villa. We loved Northern Cyprus and loved the villa ,however we don't love Cyprus Paradise. Leading up to our departure we found it very hard to get any information about the villa and transfers from and to the airport. After arriving at Ercan airport at 1am we found that there was no transfer for us and the reps,who dealt with guests staying in hotels,knew nothing about our arrival.They booked us a taxi and then had to track down the key code to collect the key for the villa. After we arrived at the villa a man arrived at 2am to fix the electricity, insisting that we had called him. The air conditioning had not be turned on for us and the temperature indie was 38 degrees, so not a great start. The next day our hire car was delivered. We were told it would be colle ted at 8:00 pm on the day of our departure, not great as our flight was leaving at 8:10 am. This had been booked by Cyprus Paradise. We then had to make a call to Cyprus Paradise to inform them of this and also request details about our return transfer. I was told a transfer would be booked for 5am. On the morning of our departure I turned on my phone to find a text regarding our transfer. The time given for it was 10:00 am, this was a big problem as our flight left at 8:10! We were left with no other choice than to drive ourselves to the airport at 5:00 am and leave the hire car with the keys under the mat. Although Cyprus Paradise have emailed an apology and paid us £100 to cover any expenses I feel that this has been the worst organised holiday I have ever been on. There is absolutely no point in booking a package holiday with Cyprus Paradise, it would have been easier and probably cheaper to book flights, the villa and car hire ourselves. I wouldn't advise anyone who wants a stress free holiday to book a villa with this company.
Altinkaya Holiday
Stayed at altlnkaya in April 2016 had a great time staff very friendly new restaurant good breakfast would book again.
