This place is made by the staff ! Super friendly ! Super kind ! Super attentive and just makes us want to come back!

I can’t even name everyone, I couldn’t even pick a favourite as they were all outstanding !! The swimming pool staff also were so lush ! Just everyone was soo lovely with us and my son. We 100% are coming back because of them ! A credit to haven ! You should give them all raises !!! We don’t want to leave. Thank you guys ! Can’t wait to be back !

The entertainment on the night was brilliant too! Especially the balloon on the head guy! Made me belly laugh ????

Check in is quick, fast, straight forward and easy. Caravan wasn’t to expections to say it was just cleaned before we arrived, one lady on reception who is lovely and there’s a man on the activities who is great!

Holiday itself is not made for single parents we ended up leaving on the second day, so much for a family holiday some miserable looking women on reception said it’s more of a 2 parent/ 2 adult holiday and it’s my fault for not booking someone to come with us, I will not be returning because of my experience

We have been three times now, fist two visits were just fine

But I must say its gone down hill since last time

The caravan was just clapped out

The food in the restaurant wasn't fit to eat,,, just nasty,....thank goodness for the farm across the road as they did a very nice meal at half the price and twice as nice

And no kids entertainment at all, cant understand that one

They couldn't even organize bingo, the complaining about bingo by most of the outer guests was unbelievable, they must have been playing bingo for fifty years or more, and they still cant get it right

Don't want to run people down, but I strongly advise the manager to look at the restaurant staff with open e

yes, All nice people but don't thing working in a restaurant is suited to a couple of them

so all in all if your already booked to go take lot of things for the kids to do and plenty of your own food, BUT I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN

I came to the Cala gran with my family on 3rd August for a week,

I was nervous to say the least as some of the reviews I had read were not great, but omg how wrong they were!

We stayed in a deluxe caravan and we couldn't fault it at all, so much space which we really needed as we have 3 children, room for all the family. Really cosy with fire on, and beds comfy too.

We only saw about an hr of entertainment the whole wk as we were super busy and tired so can't really comment on that,

But what really made my children's holiday was the activity team, my children done the water sports and the archery and the guys were absolutely amazing with them, to this day they still want to come back and see them again. My son was upset one day (as a lady had shouted at him) and a guy from the activity team reassured him it wouldn't happen again and really supported him, which made a huge difference to him.

Also the lifeguards totally amazing! Nothing was to much trouble for them with the kids, Very professional, polite, everything I could have asked for in someone being with my children.

3 very happy children!

Definitely look forward to returning one day.

We have just got bk from the sight it was really good, the caravan was clean, we ate on sight and it was ok apart from the staff being run off there feet. We had Sunday carvery it wasn't worth the money so don't bother with that. And if you want a seat at the club get early as fills up fast. Over all the kids enjoyed it and we ate going to book again :-)

The entertament staff were great I loved taking part in the games it was so fun.

21/09/12 our party of 7 including 2 disabled arrive at Cala Gran caravan good clean 8.10pm electric went off reported it 8.40pm smell of gas demanded someone to come out. 10pm and many phone calls someone came turned electric on without checking the gas,said he would change the gas bottle IF we wanted him to.Still smelt of gas we got moved to another caravan at 11pm asked to report to reception at 9am in the morning.Did that told we could stay there till Monday.Then told no go back to first caravan or money back to go home.We refused.Caravan No3 then came with no gas, pillows quilts bedlinen and not cleaned.Took list to reception the manager assured me all would be sorted.5pm still not done.It took just over 21hrs and alot of dealing with a manager who was listening to the work force saying all was done instead of checking it for herself.One of the disabled with us had C.O.P.D and used OXYGEN.The other was in a wheelchair.I asked for a toilet brush was told half the camp site didnt have one.Its the first and the last time we will ever go to Cala Gran.

Accomodation- dirty on arrival, after reporting it 4 times someone finally turned up. By then had cleaned the worst up ourselves.

It said it was suitable for upto 8 people. With 4 adults and 3 children it was far too small.

Not near anything- no shops walking distance or resturants. There is a small farm cafe near by which does do nice lunches.

The is an outlet area with numerous shops a 5 min drive away along with a macdonalds and asda.

Blackpool is about 20 mins on bus or on tram.

The site entertainment was awful, and had long gaps in between so kids lost interest.

Only one on site restuarant. There food was brilliant about the only good thing about the holiday. Great prices and a good selection.

Swimming pool not suitable for non swimmers nothing for under 5s to do in there and part of it was sectioned off.

The park was very clean and all the staff was always happy and glad to help.We spent a week in a holiday home that was nothing short of luxurious.There was a bus stop at the site gates to go into Blackpool or Fleetwood. Food and Entertainment on site was the best we have been to this site 3 times now and we have not regretted repeat bookings yet to give you an idea of the service we got the heater in the bathroom was not working. we reported it and in half a hour there was a new one put in. So if you are thinking of a good family holiday book one at Haven Cala Gran

we rented a private mobile home which was like home from home immaculate bedding fresh and clean was best holiday ever [except for honeymoon in mexico] the shop expensive staff were okay some were sour faced but if you want the best accomadation id ring jane 01253 422100 her van amazing
