They Cut Me Off!
Dont join Bulldog and then try to amend your service package as I did: the numpties at their call centre got the message completely wrong and cut off my broadband and phone line, the whole lot! Totally unbelievable, I was in shock. Operating your business out of a local library isnt a joke, and it took BT 6 weeks to reinstate the line.

Bulldog Are The Worst Isp I Have Ever Come Across.
Bulldog are the worst ISP I have ever come across.
Like some of the other users I have been with them for years. The service has got progressively worse to the point that my internet, during good times, would disconnect about twice an hour. I phoned them up to get this resolved and it was the worst decision I have made in a long time. They downgraded me from 15Mbps/1Mbps ADSL2 to 6Mbps/512K ADSL without telling me. After numerous calls to their call center in India I eventually discovered that because they were now with Talk-Talk they felt that I should be downgraded for reliability purposes until they could migrate onto the Talk-Talk network.
A fortnight after this conversation my internet and phone line died. After about 15 increasingly irate calls to their call center and after 7 full days my phone line and internet connection was restored. I was told by the Cable and Wireless engineer who resolved the problem in the Exchange that someone had pulled my connection out. I had, by this time, already called BT and was waiting on my telephone go-live date, when i will finally be brought back onto the BT Exchange and be able to shop around for a decent ISP. Later on that day my phone line and internet connection died again. I phoned telling the call center where the fault was found last time. The guy seemed hell-bent in wanting to go through the usual script with me; I must have sounded irate and somehow eloquent enough because he promised to escalate this straight away to tier-2, who would call me back before 9pm that very night. The next day I moaned again on the phone about nobody (again) calling me back and I was told that they would have to log a call with Cable and Wireless to look into. It would take 2 working days. Tomorrow the phoneline and internet connection will probably (if I am very very lucky) come back online but I very much doubt that it will last too long.
Avoid Bulldog and Talk-Talk like the plague. They are the worst of the worst! I wouldn't recommend these ISPs to anyone.

Shockingly Bad Reliability, Faults At A Rate Of 1
Shockingly bad reliability, faults at a rate of 1 or 2 a week. Ranging from an hour without internet & phone to 24 sometimes 48 hours. I have just arranged to go back to BT.
I was originally a Bulldog customer, then it was Tiscali, now it seems to be Talk Talk.
Their tech staff for faults...and I seem to spend a lot of time on to them do ring me back by which time the fault is usually resolved - until later that week when I am on to them again (in the Philipines incidentally)!! All in all I couldn't recommend this service to a friend - unless I didn't like them very much that is.

Absolutely useless. Terrible customer service. Say they will call back, never do. Spent fortune on mobile calling them to resolve BB and phone faults. No service for 10 days. Bulldog (pipex)(talk-talk) avoid at your peril!!!

For 2 Weeks Now My Business Has Been Waiting For A
For 2 weeks now my business has been waiting for an engineer to turn up to fix a problem that Bulldog/Pipex has identified as a cabling issue.Finally having given up trying to get them to fix it, no less than 3 engineers have failed to show, we have resolved to cancelling our account. This has proved impossible. The business customer number the customer services line will not take cancellations as they say that this can only be done on the customer services line. When one calls the customer services line you are advised that they only deal with domestic customers and that you have to call the customer services line!I have now made 5 phone calls to each of these numbers to make this cancellation and both send me to the other number. Supervisors are unable to do anything about it and all one gets is sympathy for my plight but no solution other than to call the other number.I have been left with no option but to cancel the direct debit and to write to them, although one of the "advisers" I spoke to told me that that Pipex do not accept cancellations in writing and this can only be done by phone!Let's see what happens!

I Paid For The Top Package And Used Them For Over
I paid for the top package and used them for over 3years, no fair usage policy, no throttling of service just broadband the way it was designed for. Full on in your face, super fast speeds and a service 2nd to none...
HOWEVER.
They got brought out and the service as gone to pot... pipex/tiscali has ruined yet another product... I have rated this a 10 for what it was, but now with pipex in control I would struggle to give it a 1.
I Joined Bulldog Exactly One Year Ago After Bt Fai
I joined bulldog exactly one year ago after BT failed to deliver me a line - after 3 months! Now bulldog have been taken over by pipex. They first of all shut down my account without notice as far as I am aware then I got my phone put back on but 2 months later and at least 25 calls to the call centre - they have worse than useless in my opinion. I will now cancel - do not recommend Bulldog Broadband.com to anyone.
