I Have Been With Freedom2surf For Several Years An

I have been with Freedom2surf for several years and they WERE amazing, superfast downloads, very low ping (Perfect for Warcraft) and support phone lines that were answered quickly (I phoned to inform them that rival companies were giving customers free wireless routers now) so they posted me a free Netgear router 'next day delivery'.

BUT

now they have been 'taken over' read: 'sold all their customers' to TalkTalk who are:

DIRE, SLOW, HORRIBLE, DISASTER, RUINED MY ONLINE TIME.

I used to be able to download at 850kpbs, now thats pretty fast....

Now I cant even watch youtube (low-def) clips without it buffering for AGES.

Constant disconnects has left all online games totally unplayable.

Join TalkTalk only if you want dial-up speeds, and 300ms+ ping ....

Every one understands that modern life seems to be not very cheap, but people require money for various things and not every person earns big sums money. Hence to get fast credit loans or auto loan should be a correct way out.

i have been with freedom2surf for many years as my brother recommended it too me.everything was really good untill talktalk took over,what a joke they are.we have been offline for nearly a week a got told when it first went off that it would be off due to a fault which they blamed BT for.what a load of rubbish talktalk talk.the service is rubbish.i asked for a mac code and was told it would be 5-10 working days before i could get one.still waiting for a call back from a supervisor dont think that will happen either.as soon as i get my mac code im going

We Are Also Long-standing F2s Customers Now Fleein

We are also long-standing F2S customers now fleeing TalkTalk. Cannot believe just how poor TalkTalk's customer service is, deserves no stars. This week twice told by customer services (tried different numbers from their website and have spent a fortune waiting in queues as we do not have a TalkTalk phone) that they did not recognise our landline number so we could not be their customers; and when I explained we were F2S customers and F2S had been taken over by TalkTalk was told 'that's news to us, we haven't been told anything about that'!

TalkTalk's (non)communication with their own employees is clearly as bad as their communication with customers. Third time of trying & after some persistence on my part was given an 0800 number not on the website for TalkTalk Business, which in the sub-menu had an option for former F2S customers; and have been told I will receive the requested MAC code by midday tomorrow. Meanwhile our order with the provider we are moving to has been held up pending receipt of the MAC code.

Had Been A Freedom2surf Customer For More Years Th

Had been a Freedom2Surf customer for more years than I can remember with hardly any issues until TalkTalk took over. Since this we had slow speeds, dropped connections & no chance of connecting an Xbox 360 that has been connected for a couple of years. Customer service is a joke with very rude operators & technicians that know less than my 4 year old. I'm off & advise all old f2s customers to leave now.

Since Taken Over By Talk Talk F2s Has Gone Downhil

Since taken over by Talk Talk F2S has gone downhill rapidly - a great service gone bad what a shame.

You now get a POO service, and I wont even begin to describe their customer service.

Im off to ZEN, a proper ISP, which hopefully wont go the way of this POO!!

I've Been With F2s Since 2002 And The Service Was

I've been with f2s since 2002 and the service was brilliant, but once they were taken over by Talk Talk the service has gone down hill. The ADSL often drops out for periods of an hour, at times the speed drops to 586Kbps and technical support always blame BT. I am seriously thinking of changing broadband provider to another supplier.

I Joined F2s Several Years Ago When They Were An I

I joined f2s several years ago when they were an independent provider, at the recommendation of my Mac engineer - the service back then was excellent. The product I have no longer seems to have a product name, other than 'adslDownload Speed: MAX - Interface: Wires-only-50'. I've just had a look at the details via the f2s website, and it crashed again. . . Over the years, and the takeovers by larger companies, the downhill slide has been gathering momentum. At the moment my internet connection drops regularly and the download/upload speeds are often painfully slow. Technical Support, when I can get hold of them, usually tell me it's a fault with my equipment, which it isn't. They only seem to work during standard office hours, which is no help as the problems frequently happen in the evening or at the weekend. I'm trying to recover from a lengthy and chronic illness, and as soon as I'm well enough I'll be cancelling my account with them.

As With Many Of The Previous Reviewers I Have Used

As with many of the previous reviewers I have used F2S for many years and have been really pleased with them...until the last few months. I have recently been completely cut off twice, the support guys have got me back on quickly, but it takes ages to get through to them because the rest of the world is having the same problem. My bandwidth at midnight is a reasonable 4mb+, but recently my mid-evening bandwidth has now sliped consistently to less than 500Kb. I will be taking my money elsewhere, but not sure where yet.

I Have Been With F2s For Approx 8 Years, The Servi

I have been with F2S for approx 8 years, the service used to be very good and I would often recomend customers of mine to use them.

As with everyone else, all takeovers have been fine except for the last one which has been a simple disaster.

I am on a business contract and capable of recieving speeds of 8MB. My true download speed staggers along at between .1 and 1.0Meg.

Bottom line is I have had enough and have no choice but to take my business and those of my customers elsewhere.

Nice one F2S this has cost you a lot of customers....
