Avoid Like The Plague

If I could put 0 stars I would. They’ve been an absolute joke. I ordered a pair of boots which arrived and didn’t fit. So I sent the boots back with the return form filled out asking for a new pair in a bigger size. 3 weeks later I still had no reply. I called them up and they said they would process a refund. 5 days later, still nothing. So I emailed them, bare in mind one month after returning them, to them responding saying I needed to send them a photo of the post office receipt which obviously one month later I don’t have. My account even states “Refund requested as shoes did not fit” so they obviously received them!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I’m thoroughly disappointed and now £63 down.

Rude Arrogent

My partner ordered items for my birthday, 1 item was missing from a 5 item order, he contacted customer service, to be basically called a liar, they send no proof of CCTV requested after saying they can see whoever packed it had out all 5 items into the bag, a 500g royal mail delivery bag, items I received weighed 500g on their own without the packaging? By my knowledge you can only put around 500g in a 500g parcel bag? The staff continued to be rude, and eventually put him in a REJECTION/SPAM FOLDER! How can a company do such a thing, if my partner was trying to scam a company he wouldn't do it Iver a measly £45 jumper! Trading standards have been contacted and they are investigating the situation so I will see how this goes, I advise everyone to stay clear of this company as I can see from other reviews they have had similar rude issues with them.

Costumer's service is the worst ever experienced. I sent more than 4 e-mails but nobody replied me yet. I am waiting for a refund and nobody take care about my request. They don't even deserve a star for this bad service. I'm trying to contact someone since last week but only silence. unbelievable. very bad.

Disgusted Never Order Again From This Company

BEWARE applying discount codes at the checkout, which are accepted, and payment taken may well result in an email the following day cancelling your order as a "computer glitch" allowed a discount code, emailed to me that very day to be applied, which obviously shouldn't have been. Not my mistake - theirs.

A shop on the high street would honour any price errors they made, and sell you the item at the discounted rate as advertised/seen.

Seems online is another matter for this supplier.

Luckily a happy ending - ordered the same item at Kates Clothing, used a valid discount code which was accepted - havent received an email yet to say they've made a mistake - happy days!!

Buyer Beware If It Doesn't Fit!

Ordered shoes in good faith in size I always wear. Shoes so small could not even put foot in so returned under what was advertised as No hassle free return now they gave deducted price of return postage from refund as well saying its down to me! Out of pocket!

Got a shirt from this website fast delivery but wasn't happy with played £22.94 including postage got £15.99 back charged £3 for the postage paid from the form. As I post clothing myself I know first class is cheap (£1.10) the fact that they have taken practically £7 from me that I didn't even keep is disgusting! Only order from this website if you know you'll like it otherwise they'll just rip you off

Wish I Had Checked This Site.

I went to attitudeclothing.com because even thought it was overseas, the prices were still better than some of the stuff in Australia. The order went through no problem and I happily waited for my stuff to arrive.. A few weeks later I moved address so I wrote them an email to inform them and told them of my new address. They replied and said they would send it to the new address. They didn't. This would've been alright if this was the only issue.

Don't get me wrong, their clothes are great! If you can receive them.

I got some of my order reasonably on time, but a few weeks later I got an email concerning my hoodie I ordered that was 'In stock'. They said that it was out of stock and that they would have to get more from the suppliers. I happily waited again. A few weeks after that I got another email. Turns out the suppliers don't have any and I am to wait for new hoodies to be PRINTED at the factory. They told me this would take about a month so I waited, a little ticked off this time. It has now been over a month and I haven't received an email or my hoodie.

On top of this, today I got an another email about one of the tops I had to put on order and the same thing happened. It has to be reprinted and I should wait another month.

This site is seriously not worth it guys.. my new favorite is www.beserkclothing.com . It's an Australian site but they do overseas delivory and have AMAZING customer service and super fast shipping. I'm sure I could've ordered a whole new wardrobe bit by bit from them and it still leaves attitudeclothing in the dust.

AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE!!!

I ordered 4 items of clothing in December 2010,

February 2011 i am still waiting for 2 items.

It seems they have stopped responding to my emails

and i am getting increasingly p!$$ed off!

Try kinkyangel.co.uk for alternative clothing

as they're customer service exceeds attitude clothing by far.

This Company Is The Single Worst Company I Have Ev

This company is the single worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Below is an email which I sent to them a few months ago, which essentially explains why you should NEVER offer them any money. I'll be calling my credit card company shortly to demand a refund, since they will not give me one.

To whom it may concern, (or not - as history would imply)

I'm seriously p*ssed off with your service.

It's not often that I'd send an expletive-filled email to a company

but this now comprises the FOURTH email I've sent to you.

You should have my previous emails giving you details of why you've

failed to deliver but just in case your record keeping is as bad as your

customer service, I'll spell it out for you once more:

1st email was an enquiry about how long the order would be.

2nd email requested the order to be cancelled.

3rd email explained the content of the other two emails and the

reasons why you should aim to deliver on your promises to respond to your

customers.

All three of the above were civilised emails, and none of these received a single response and ONLY NOW am I geting an email to say that my order has been cancelled.

Thanks a f*cking lot. What the hell does it take for you people to actually do your f*cking jobs?!

I DO NOT want a voucher.

GIVE ME MY F*CKING MONEY BACK, or if you can't do that, at least waive the postage and handling on the voucher and give me SOME kind of customer satisfaction.

Reply to this email, or I'll be making sure that every single user review website I can find gets a copy.

So - there you have it. To this day - STILL NO RESPONSE and to add further incompetence to the scenario, they still haven't taken the item in question off their website, and actually have it on sale right now!

I'd rather scour my face off with a cheese grater than purchase anything through them again.

i orderd a hoody from this site form my fiancee and thay said it was avalible on next day delivery and it dident arive for an extra to days but only after meany phonecalls and not even an aplogey or refund not happy with them at all and will not be useing them again
