Don't Use This Company
Saved for 2 years for husband's formula one experience. Lost £1600 because they gone into liquidation and then reopened with new name. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY APPEAR TO REBRAND EVERY VIEW YEARS AFTER TAKING INNOCENT PEOPLESO MONEY.
Never Go Here
Honestly this is the worst company ever it's funny I've tried phoneing u up soooo many times, your website is horrible and u have gone bust therefore only letting some of the people have a refund. The only time I did get through the staff were arrogant and rude. Honestly I paid for my son on Christmas to do this and we have tried ever scince to get this book it's Currently in August. Never use this company they have stolen £144 from me.

No Customer Service
We arranged a karting event at the track and have done for 7 years but what a nightmare this year.
Never felt with such stroppy arrogant staff in any industry and even when we spoke to the owners we got a short sharp response not conducive to promoting business in the leisure industry.
This is a great track totally ruined by a very bad attitude to customers.
Worst Customer Service Ever
I bought a 'junior supercharge experience' or Christmas for my son. He was 17 in feb and began driving lessons . We therefore, thought he'd have a better experience as he had some knowledge of driving. Mistake! Apparently according to terms and conditions this invalidated the experience! After much argument, the experience could be transferred to an adult experience but only 1 date was available and at a teak 2 hours drive from my home starting at 10 am.
I have since tried to change other the date or the race track and found the customer services team very rude.
SO now I have a booking that is not worth the time and fuel and early get up for something that cost £85!
I Strongly advise against other people NOT to purchase vouchers with this company any as you might actually be paying for fresh air
Hi-
we are sorry you feel this way, we did change your original experience for an adult drive, when you called this morning you did not give all the information you did on your second call. Afterwhich we gladly changed your experienced for a SECOND time free of charge.
We do feel you review does not reflect the service you have received.
They Treat You Like Kids!
Definitely the worst customer service I've ever experienced when booking anything! They talk to you asif you've done something wrong, and give you the impression they don't want you to turn up! This is doubled by how annoyingly long winded it is to simply pick an available date and redeem your voucher, which you've already paid £139.99 for I might add! They blatently don't want you there! You're rushed, hearded like cattle and contantly reminded its only a 4 laps activity! I will never ever book anything through these again! But if you're happy about being spoken to like a child, and getting patronised, book ahead! They driving experience will dissapoint you on they dreadful track anyway!
Must agree with this review,I did not get as far as racing on there track, customer service is shocking no refund what a waist of money.

Ariel Atom Driving Experience
I was bought this driving experience by my sister for Xmas.
I went to the Three Sisters Race Circuit, Wigan yesterday (04/05/13) it was fantastic, great day out. Fantastic! Couldn't Fault a thing. Instructors 10 out of 10. staff were excellent
I have never driven anything that accelerates so fast. "The Ariel Atom is probably the fastest road car on the planet! This is a truly remarkable driving experience that will create a memory for life."

Open Team Endurance Event (karting)
so we booked the open team endurance event after looking at the three sisters very snazzy website. confirmation sent through with hardly any details about the event layout just be there at 17:30 for the briefing. arrive at 17:00 to be greeted by a lovely woman asking us why we are there. great start eventually she was told what was going on just take a seat and wait till the other teams arrive. 18:15 briefing starts 45minutes late for 10mins you watch the safety video then head over to the pit lane lane for practice.
30mins practice
2hr endurance race
so we get to the pit lane first driver jumps in for his practice 1 lap complete the power just go on the kart and he is creeping round the track manages to get in the pit lane to be told it just needs to warm up by one of the marshalls and sent back out 2 mins later driver change kart cuts out in pit lane so we request another kart which was given however this one makes it to the end of the pit lane then promptly breaks down and wont start back up. so third kart now 15mins of practice gone and only 2 drivers been out for practice my turn out there to practice manage 1 lap then you guessed engine spluttering all power lossed mangaed to get to the pit lane for yet another kart change. 4th drivers turn now he jumps in the kart it cuts out the marshall pull the cord to start it which breaks in his hand so given another kart which now seems to be ok.
practice over time for the race starting from the back of the grid due to all the kart changes which we thought was not our fault but hey we continue anyway. so race starts and immediatly appaarent is we dont have a competitive kart it seems that the power output of some karts are very different our one just seemed to hold back and never gave full throttle going down the straightest part of the track racing another driver the same weight as me and he is pulling away very fast. unfortunatly that was the story of our whole race and we finished some 10 laps behind the leaders.
Three Sisters is proud to be referred to as 'The Jewel of the North' within the motorsport fraternity
i find this to be a rather ambious statement i think the track and the event it self could be so much more the pit lane has massive pot holes in it the track it self has patchy repairs all over the place.the screen you watch your lap times on is a very old 14'' telly organisation is the key and unfortunatly there was very little of it here.
so some thourough modernisation and newer karts better staff training and i would not hesitate to spend my money here till then i think i will look for better altenatives.
Double Supercar Experience
Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly reception staff and a thorough and light hearted induction to the circuit but that where the good new ends unfortunately.
This track is certainly not suited to super-cars at all and should be used for karts only, tight twisty and not much fun even in an Ariel atom. Admittedly it was wet but I found the instructor rude, My 1st time in the car so no prior experience, and on the back straight I brought the throttle in as gently as I could for the 1st time but and slightly span the rear wheels and rather abruptly the instructor said 'if you do that again were heading straight back to the pits'. That set the tome for the remaining 5 laps. I did not experience the car at all as I was too worried about upsetting the instructor and found the whole experience tame and short lived as I was only allowed to use 3rd and 4th gear both in the atom and the Ferrari 360. 6 laps in each for £120, We could have got round faster in a 1L hatch back this not a good 'experience' of the cars, 1 due to the nature of the small and restrictive circuit ans 2 the instructors attitudes being rather rude. I understand safety is of the up-most importance but people wanting to experience these cars at roughly £10 a lap are not there to clown around.
Keep track should be kept for karting as it was intended!!

I Was Expecting Better
I was bought a triple supercar drive as a gift for a birthday and booked to drive Ferrari 360, Porsche 996 and Ariel Atom.
I'll start with the good points regarding the circuit. The cars were well maintained and clean and the reception/check-in/briefing staff were excellent.
I was rather annoyed with the organisation of the whole thing as with no experience of this particular track whatsoever, I was put straight into the hardest car to drive (Ariel Atom) after specifically asking when I booked over the phone if I could drive the Porsche/Ferrari 1st to be able to get used to the track in a more comfortable vehicle. Hence, I was not able to drive the Atom to my full ability due to lack of knowledge of the circuit.
The instructors that were with me in the Porsche and the Atom both seemed like they were having a really bad day, were not particularly friendly, were miserable and were very pushy on track (overly necessary with instructions, which caused me to lose concentration) although Steve who instructed me in the Ferrari was excellent.
Even though we received a discount on the full price with an offer I still beleieve that due to the poor service I received it was very overpriced at £189.
I will not be recommending this, and will not be going there again due to this.

Should Have Been Cancelled - The Snow Was Forecast
My partner and i bought my stepsons a supercar experience as a Christmas present, the 2 of them were looking forward to it and although we originally planned to go to Rockingham as it is close to our home in Lincolnshire, they were both keen to use the gift and decided to go to 3 sisters (as there is a 6 month expiry) and one of them is in the forces and is due to go to Afganistan in 2 weeks for 5 months.
The event weather line on the morning was saying the event was still on, even although the heaviest snow of the year was due that afternoon in Manchester (bbc weather). So we set off from our home in Lincolnshire and travelled the 160 miles.
20 miles from our destination we hit snow on the M6, so we rang the weatherline to double check and it was still broadcasting all events going ahead so we plugged on. Eventually arriving at the 3 sisters raceway through the heavy snow to a snow covered race track we were told it was cancelled.
WHY?
They should have cancelled the afternoon events.
I travelled a round trip of 300+ miles in some of the worst driving conditions i've ever experienced.
WHY?
INCOMPETANT!
told today that there is no refund policy for travel arrangements even in this situation.
