We Had Absolutely No Problems With Dreamticket.com
We had absolutely no problems with Dreamticket.com. The price quoted on the website was the price we paid - it was £1000 less than the identical holiday with Virgin. We were a little concerned reading reviews where people had turned up to find their hotel had not been paid for, so I did contact both the airline and the hotel in advance to check everything was in order. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Booked a holiday to the Atlantis Dubai - these guys had the best pricing and when I got to the hotel, they'd managed to get me upgraded free of charge to a lovely suite!! Their pre and after sales service was perfect! Will definitely book with them again.

We Went To Mauritius Just Before The Volcano. Th
We went to Mauritius just before the volcano. There was no communication from Dream Ticket or their ground agent until 5 hours before our flight was cancelled and 12 hours before the rescheduled flight. Their 'crisis' line would not explain what the policy was for paying for extra nights. We ended up on a plane routed to Stansted, and with 4 young kids and 100kg of luggage, at 1am, had to find our own way back to Heathrow to get our car.
By contrast, Virgin made a statement within hours of the volcanic eruption stating that whatever the legal obligation, they would pay half board for any delay. They also gave their customers several days notice of the rescheduled flights.
My views may change if Dreamticket handle our £800 claim for the twi extra nights and taxi promptly and without fuss.

I Have Travelled To Mexico, Cape Verde, And Europe
I have travelled to Mexico, Cape Verde, and Europeon destinations with Dream ticket and have no complaints. I have always had a great holiday with them and the one time I booked with anyone else (holiday to Egypt with First Choice) they completed ruined our holiday and there complete lack of customer service made us even more determined to only book with Dream ticket in the future.

I Just Returned From The Four Season In Las Vegas
I just returned from the Four Season in Las Vegas and found it to be one of the best trips I've ever made. Dream ticket were great from start to end. The advice was perfect and it always helps having a friendly person on the end of the phone. There is nothing negative to report here about this company and I highly recommend them.

Me And My Fiance Have Been Looking For A Honeymoon
Me and my fiance have been looking for a honeymoon package to Thailand, and found Dreamticket through Travel Supermarket. We found a deal for £790pp, but when requested more details the price went upto £1200 per person, their reason was the cheap flights had gone, yet 4 days later they were still advertising the holiday at £790! Its very misleading, and will not be using them.

We Booked A Trip To The Atlantis Hotel In Dubai In
We booked a trip to the Atlantis hotel in Dubai in September and we just returned.
We came across Dreamticket in the Sunday Times and we were completely satisfied, and our experience of Dreamticket was professional and better than expected.
We spent just over £8000 and Dream gave us a price almost 10% below some of the others (>£800)! It all went like it should have: we booked, paid a deposit, paid the balance, received teh documents, went on our trip and came back without any worries or hassle.
We will be using them again (actually we already have booked Thailand for Easter!).

We Booked Our Holiday To The 'sugar Beach Hotel' I
We booked our holiday to the 'sugar beach hotel' in Mauritius in July 09 for our holiday in October 09 from which we have just returned.
At the time we were researching, I saw that there were a few 'horror' reviews. However, from our point of view our experience of DreamTicket was completely hassle free and professional throughout.
The cost of our holiday was £6000 and everything occurred as it should have, we paid the initial deposit at the time of booking and paid the balance at the stipulated time (received email reminder) and we received the e-tickets and vouchers for the accommodationa and transfers exactly 2 weeks prior to travel.
We were not bombarded with calls like others have claimed and we can't fault the service or the product. Everything went like clockwork, the hotel was Idyllic and we had a great holiday.
Based upon this experience we would book another holiday with DreamTicket.

It Appears That None Of The Holidays Advertised On
It appears that none of the holidays advertised on the Dreamticket.com website are actually available! I have so far requested details for seven different trips and each time the answer comes that the holiday is no longer available and the alternative offered is at least £500 more expensive.
Both misleading and annoying - I won't be using them.
