I had a good experience with PVRPV for vacation rentals, and I also used them for long term properties, they have a larger selection than most agencies.

They may be fine for renters,I don't know, but...Dishonest and untrustworthy business. Lied to about number of tenants, unnecessary and overinflated charges, charged for cleaning but no cleaning after rental, household items missing, things in disrepair and broken. Manager rude and threatening... Will never use them ever... again...

I stayed in a PVRPV property just before Christmas 2010. It was a beautiful, comfortable condo directly across from the beach, with a balcony that had amazing beach/ocean views.

My only issue is that there were roaches (big and small) AND a bed bug infestation. It took a while for me to realize that they were bed bugs as I have not experienced them before. I thought they were mosquito bites. But they were much more intense and slightly painful, and were not as responsive to anti-itch creams. By time I figured it out and let PVRPV Management know, it was our last night there. They asked why I waited so long. Then they told me that the people who stayed there prior to me made no such claims. They were useless. Sadly this experience made what should have been an awesome vacation, just an OK vacation.

I was on a tight budget and they managed to find me a 1 week condo/apartment rental for $50/us day. I was a short walk to the ocean/beach.
