I bought tyres and didn't receive them. They fobbed me off for a month until finally admitting they haven't got any. Don't waste your time.

My experience so far tells me i've made a serious mistake ordering from mytyres as i didn't get an email confirmation and the company the tyres are supposed to be sent to have no idea about my order? They also state a 3 day delivery but after waiting 40 mind for my phone to be answered its more like 10 days and i'm not holding my breath for that date? an update - ive waited more than 2. 5 hours to speak to anyone at mytyres with no success. At the moment i think they have taken my money. Ive reported this to my bank and im hoping they can return my money. mytyres are not in the uk but are in eastern europe. They claim they are approved dealers for goodyear, continental and bridgestone and i have emailed all three companies and alerted them to these claims? I suspect not and have asked them if they think its wise having their logos on the mytyres. Co. Uk website. i implore any considering using this company not to!

Ordered tyres that were apparantly in stock, went through to payment and no delivery details were given. Made payment and was told 3 - 4 weeks delivery. Be careful as I believe they are shipped from Germany. I tried contacting My Tyres and was number 11 in the queue. Eventually cancelled the order and now waiting for my refund which has been a week already. Wish me luck! Dont waste your time and money go elsewhere. Two weeks have passed still no refund, eventually got through to someone on the phone who was yawning and so rude and incompetant all she kept saying was the refund had been processed. Couldn't put me through to anyone in accounts as accounts dont exist!

I bought tires from mytyres. I haven't received them it's been 2 weeks. Customer service said many times during this time that they would take care of it - unfortunately, to no avail. They keep my money even though I canceled the order. They ignore of a customer for whom they are unable to complete the order on time. terrible customer service - lack of professionalism - they run away from webchat.

Two weeks and still not even sent out despite showing as in stock. They emailed saying it will be "Somewhat" delayed. I've been waiting for my refund but they say they're waiting for it to return - they haven't even sent it out!

Ordered a set of winter tyres on 17th November and still have not received them almost two months later. Rang several times for updates but got fobbed off with they are stuck in customs etc The automated update even told me they had been delivered a few days ago - they hadnt.

Dont be tempted by the slightly cheaper price and that the tyres are in stock - they are not and can take months to arrive

Note to self…. Read the reviews before purchasing in future. The customer service is non existent after 6 days of my initial ordering I lost it and the order was cancelled. Used another company and a 2 day delivery has been confirmed

They quote short delivery times but that is not true in my experience (and it appears for many others!). They don't tell you that they are shipped from Germany!

A few days after placing the order, I got an email saying delivery 11 days after that. They didn't arrive so I got in touch and they said that they were in customs and couldn't tell me when they would arrive. So I cancelled the order and am awaiting a refund.

We ordered 4 tyres in January, the order didn't arrive, contacted MyTyres customer team who told us the tyres had returned back to the warehouse.

The order was sent out again on order, the tyres were despatched on 21-02-2022 and moved to DPD for delivery. These tyres were moved by DPD to another site in Germany, since then there have been no updates to the tracking and no one at MyTyres Customer team can tell me where the tyres are. I've asked on numerous occassions that someone address the problem and get the tyres delivered to us, yet we are now 2 months on and no further forward.

Ordered tyre never arrived and they blamed custom

The customer service is Rubish and just recommended cancellation, after the cancellation 4 weeks ago not refund yet.

Please do not use such garbage company like this and don’t waste your time and your money .
