Terrible People
Book a return flight for my Mum last year October 28th 2019 booking ref: TQJTON paid cash £690.54 at there travel shop in Aberdeen. Flight was to go home for Xmas to spend time with the family. Mum couldn't go home anymore because she Pass away couple of day later when we bought the ticket. Went to there shop with my Mum's death certificate, the original travel summary ticket and Passport. The lady who was dealing with the situation said that I would get a full refund but it will take a couple of weeks. But then I have to travel to bring my mum's ashes back grant her last wish to be with the family on Xmas. After 2 months not heard anything from this people.. so emailed them and ask about the refund. They then change the story that I needed a solicitor to be able to get the refund. They never said anything about a solicitor when I went to there shop. I was so devastated when they said that to me. The airlines already refunded the money to them 3 weeks after I request for the refund. After numerous emails to them until now still no refunds receive. I won't stop until I get my full refund. This is not how you treat people!
Flight Centre Uk - Terrible Service
Unfortunately, I've had a really bad experience from Flight Centre. Although the staff were nice, they misadvised me on a flight, immediately admitted their mistake and offered me a £50 voucher to apolgoise. But It has been impossible to spend that voucher, I have asked them to quote on 5 or 6 hotels for my trip and also for car hire. But everytime they are a lot more expensive than me the same booking online, one hotel was over £100 more for 3 nights. I have wasted hours now in discussions and finally asked to just have the £50 credited to my account which they refused to do. It was their mistake, I am trying to work in their rules and spend their voucher, but really what is the point when the are continually more expensive than booking online. If they really value customer services they will credit my account instead.....

After calling around other travel agents looking for the flights I wanted none of them could find them,called f/c and she found them for me,saved well over £500 because of it,thankyou
Terrible! Never Again
Worst company we have ever used! Extremely misleading and incompetent travel agent, messed up our whole holiday leaving us over £1000 out of pocket to book new flights ourselves. The company never replied to our complaints. Absolute joke! I would never ever use them again.
Did A Booking For 5, The Agent Call Me Back Saying
Did a booking for 5, the agent call me back saying the seat is no more available after 3 hours and the same would be at a higher fare. Try again next morning when I said I am getting the price as it was initially from a different operator and then the agent said she can match it. Had it confirm and reserve and she email me back again saying excuse for inputting the wrong dates and that the fare is no more available for the date I requested. They seems to be playing with the fare as much as they like, same as I have seen on a dispatch programs on Channel 4. Better paying slightly cheaper and deals with honest people in that trade(not too many tho) rather than rip off company as flight centre
No Problems Ever
I have booked with this centre 4 times now & have nothing but praise for all the staff & current Manager. Can't understand some of the negative reviews on other branches. Prefer to book with flight centre everytime.
Absolute Rubbish!
This has to be the most pathetic excuse for a travel agent ever. I used them to book flights to and from Australia and had nothing but hassles and additional costs. Never again! Avoid at all costs!!!!
Bristol Broad Mead Branch
After receiving an excellent service I felt the need to compliment the person I dealt with who works at the Broadmead, branch.
After our initial telephone enquiry about flights from UK to Canada with our two dogs everything seemed great. Then set back no.1. Most airlines no longer fly snub nose breeds to Canada! I have a Pug!
the person I dealt with was not going to let this stop us and made enquiries about other options. After 2 days of phone calls to Canada, Defra, pet travel agencies and other such like, several different set backs such as flights to America only etc we finally have our tickets booked with all thanks going to her for her persistence and determination to make this happen.
I would highly recommend this Branch and the person I dealt with if you need to book a flight and or holiday.
Ealing-terrible Service
No follow up on my holiday enquiries despite taking my details and assuring me that they would contact me.
Appeared totally disinterested.
Unprofessional and frankly disappointing organisation.

Terrible Service-avoid!
They never contacted me despite taking all my details and requirements and promising to do so on 2 separate occasions. They have no interest in providing a service at all.
I'd lose my job if I treated my clients like this!
