Energy advisory centre recently replaced my solar inverter with an optimised system, this was installed with no upheaval and minimal fuss. Installers were clean and tidy, took all their rubbish away and if you walked in the door you wouldn't know they had been here. First class job.

I have worked with this company since 2010 when solar panels were installed.About 2 years ago solar inverter update was installed. Previous to that biomass boiler was installed and this year I got a new insulated conservatory roof to replace a polycarbonate roof. The installers worked well and were tidy and curteous and a great job was done. I also got my house painted and an excellent job was done also. I would recommend this company, no problem.

I purchased solar panels from this company in June 2017 and from start to finish the experience was just fantastic. The company is a family run company and when they say they are going to do something they do it. I met with him on the Thursday evening and signed the contract, the panels where installed the following week. The installation team where very professional and the installation was completed within 2 days as promised. A couple of pleasant surprises which I did not realize, 1, they used the black panels which I wanted but did not thin I would get as they where more expensive and they also installed the iboost water heater (I highly recommend this). over the following month I received a few phone calls, just to check that all was well and I was satisfied with the products and service. it was so refreshing to get such excellent customer service.

in short I would highly recommend this company, simply the best and the best by a long way from start to finish.

Salesman was informative and patient, installation all went smoothly and workmen were neat and tidy. Very happy with system and after care has been totally satisfactory. I’d have no problem recommending this company!

I’ve now had two sets of solar PV installed with this company, as well as a battery storage and an upgraded inverter system, with each installation the guys installed the equipment fast...efficient...courteous.....clean and no problems at all. Surveys were carried out promptly and with good knowledge and the office staff kept me up to date throughout each of the different installs. I’d quite happily recommend them to anyone.

Energy advisory centre installed my optimised inverter system with great ease, the system is working well and showing me far more information than I’ve been used to with the standard generation meter. I’m looking forward to increased performance and long life durability, the installers worked efficiently and left no mess in the property, after sales has also been helpful in resolving a minor issue with the monitoring system but this was rectified quickly and all working to me requirements. I would happily recommend energy advisory centre to family and friends.

I recently had my string inverter removed from my solar installation and had a solar edge inverter system installed, this has given me an excellent long term guarantee and an improved performance. Energy advisory centre dealt with the installation and after sales with efficiency and a touch of class, I would highly recommend this improvement and the company.

Installers arrived at my property on time and worked very efficiently to install my new inverter system and PV battery, I hardly noticed the guys were there and I am very happy now. The girls in the office over the phone were very helpful.

Very informative prior to arrival, excellent & informative on site, very pleasant staff , extremely pleasant and helpful. Cleaned up after installation and informed of what they had completed. To summarise ; On Time at arrival, extremely pleasant and helpful, very informative, clean and efficient. Back up after installation excellent and very helpful on the phone. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
