Evo were very fast and efficient at each part of the installation process - providing a (competitive) quote, the detailed design, and then the actual installation and completion. They took ownership of the whole project, and checked that subcontracted aspects ( installation/ removal of scaffolding) were completed to our satisfaction.

Several months after installation, our neighbour was up a ladder, and spotted a couple of cracked tiles on our roof which were not visible from the ground, but can only have been caused by the solar panel installation. Evo did not quibble at all in sending someone out to replace these. I was very impressed with this follow on service - they clearly do not "install and forget".

Our system was installed three years ago and has worked perfectly without any attention.You were recommended by our neighbour, a skilled engineer who had installed his own system. He said you and your equipment were the best and we were delighted with the efficiency of your service

Recently our friends Harry and Rowena installed evoenergy and put forward our name for having made the recommendation. I was dubious that I would receive any reward but when I rang in I was treated with your usual courtesy, pleasant service and efficiency. I have received my cheque this morning.

The only problem with the system is that it is generating too well. I need a new electricity meter. The current reading is lower than 6 months ago. The panels are working very well in the summer months. Installation was very smooth and done in a day. Very happy with my first cheque for the feed in tariff

The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly & obviously had pride & passion in what they were doing. All of the information I requested was answered & made very clear in a timely & very efficient way. All timelines were met, the install was very quick, neat & tidy & the roofers even repaired a gutter that had been damaged by the high winds. I could not fault them at all.

The EvoEnergy consultant was very knowledgable - bit of a solar geek actually! - so I felt I had all the information given without pressure. Speedy return of information via email and full assistance with all the paper work. After sales were great - again, quick to respond to my queries. We are now enjoying not paying any bills for electricity!!! and it feels great knowing we're doing our little bit to help the environment. Kids are much more conscious of switching off lights and tellies and stuff. Brilliant!

I was highly impressed by Evoenergy's sales executive Ross Wolhutter who was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He clearly pointed out the limitations of our roof and the reduced output we could expect from a less than ideal roof aspect. He was prepared to negotiate on both price and extra equipment at no extra cost. The installation team were very professional and clearly on top of their game. The electrician told me he was studying part time for a degree in electrical engineering so clearly there is a sense of continuous improvement. I was also pleasantly surprised to be invited on a spur of the moment tour of Evoenergy's headquarters in Chilwell. My only criticism was that Eoenergy were not aware that Erewash Borough Council, the lpcal planning authority insist that householders wishing to install a PV system must apply for approval to install under Building Regulations.

Apart from that Evoenergy did a first class job.

I undertook extensive research into the background, reputation and service records of a number of companies and decided on Evo Energy. Evo stood out from the others by a mile - itemized, detailed quotation, courteous staff and when the installation date arrived, they were on time, their work was faultless, clean and, once again polite and courteous. Their Team even helped me with the paperwork I needed to complete for the power company. I would have no hesitation whatever in recommending them. The results from the panels they recommended for my roof have exceed expectations by 20% - thank you Jamie! Evo are well worth a call, no pushy sales talk just honest advice from a knowledgeable and well trained Team who are rightly proud to work for Evo Energy. Evo's work ethic should be cited as an example of excellent practice.

We enquired about solar PV systems simply to find out a little more about the process and what was involved, and did not just ask questions from Evoenergy. On the initial phone call we got heaps of information and also a feeling for how knowledgable the staff were. More importantly we did not fell under any pressure to take the matter forward.

We received a detailed written info pack after our house had been surveyed - again the physical survey was carried out efficiently and with absoulutely no pressure at all. Naturally we got other suppliers in to talk to us, but none of them seemed as if they had as much know-how. The price was also hard to beat.

The actual installation was carried out quickly and the guys worked so hard to get it done - but from an 8am start, we were commissioned and generating by 3pm! After care and contact has been fine too and would recommend the company to anyone thinking about PV - at least 2 of our frineds and work colleagues have had their installations done by Evoenergy and all were happy.

I spent a couple of months going through the plans with the very friendly and personal staff(who are great) agreed a very good price then a date, within 2 weeks during April the installers came round plus 1 electrician( in heavy rain and a gale) installed 14 panels plus everything else all in 1 day. The lads where professional and keep everything neat and tidy. I would say I had no problems before,during and after installation. We are enjoying our free energy. I WOULD recommend Evoenergy to anyone. In the discussions we had either phone/email all our questions were answered very clearly to understand.
