The York X500 Is A Good Value Money Elliptical Cro
The York X500 is a good value money elliptical cross trainer that provides a full body work out. I use it whilst watching my favourite tv programmes which because it's quite and doesn't take much concentration. I tried to do the same with my rowing machine but it was too noisy. An ideal piece of kit for conveniently fitting a good work out into your lifestyle.
