Excellent Advice

As a recently retired couple wishing to regain lost fitness we were very well and honestly advised at Fitness Superstore, Chester. Treadmill assembly was straightforward, and its performance is as expected. Early days yet, but only issue is a momentary +/- of 100 heartbeat readout. Not recurred, so hopefully just initial settling-in!

Great Treadmill

bought from fitness superstore, delivered within 10 days, was bit hard to assemble as not all screws lined up exactly, anyway, got it sorted, pluged it in and give it a go, only used it the once but very happy so far.

Appalling Service From Fitness Superstore

Ordered the Omega II from Fitness Superstore in April. When I came to assemble it the frame was bent where the hand grips are meant to slot in. The response of Fitness Superstore was to palm me off straight away on the manufacturer and to completely ignore my subsequent complaints. Nearly two months on, the problem has not been resolved. I've been sent various parts (from the manfacturer) but which would require me to rewire the circuit board. I'm not an electrician!!!!!

Just Bought One From Fitness Superstore (kent) Two

Just bought one from Fitness Superstore (kent) two faults with it. They come from china broken and leave the customer to fix them via their service engrs. If you want one avoid fitness superstore they slam the phone down on you and will not issue refunds either, we heard that once theyve got your dosh you can go away. We've spent two days getting a straight answer out of someone. Would not buy if given free!!!!!!

The Horizon Omega Is Quite Expensive But You Do Ge

The Horizon Omega is quite expensive but you do get good value for money in the long run (see what i did there :-) ). It has great ergonomics, and is resultantly very comfortable to use (Variable Cushioning System). You can up to 16 mph which is fine for my needs with varying inclines and has functions such as heart rate monitor and calorie counter. Overall, an excellent product if you use it enough to make it good value for money.
